Final Launch and a Week at the Beach

What a wonderful week we had with our family! This property is as wonderful as the pictures and description portray. The beach is beautiful and away from the crowds in the bigger cities along the Space Coast. The condo was well supplied. We used the BBQ grill in the common area more than once, the property is clean and well maintained. We saw the final Space Shuttle launch with our children and grandchildren, visited Kennedy Space Center twice, ate Cuban sandwiches at a delightful restaurant in Cocoa Beach and spent lots of time on the beach, just relaxing and playing with the kids. Late one night we saw a sea turtle making her way back to the ocean. A great place for families to spend quality time together. Jennifer was wonderful through the whole leasing process, very professional and the price was reasonable and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this property. We have a niece who lives in Cocoa Beach and would love to come back to visit her and stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in your condo for 7 nights in June, and we were pleasingly delighted when we entered the condo. Everything was so perfect and neat, and your decor was beautifully designed in the nautical theme. We loved the beautiful ocean view from every room, and the screened porch was a plus, that most condos do not have. We especially loved the building's boardwalk next to the seawall, where you can lay on a lounge chair and overlook the ocean, without even getting your feet sandy. Every morning there was someone cleaning the grounds, the pool and and the inside of the building, making sure everything was perfect for the guests. What a neat and clean property. The sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep at night, and there was a full moon that glittered like diamonds on the ocean at that time we were there that seemed like it was staged just for us! This was the most peaceful vacation we have ever had, and Breakfast at Lilly's was right across the street. It was the cutest and friendliest restaurant, everything was in the mermaid theme, and the food was delicious! We would definitely return again! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We so enjoyed our time in your condo. We were close enough to visit Kennedy Space Center and Daytona, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. It was perfect for some much needed relaxation and just as you described it. I love being near the ocean. I can't believe I have to go back to work tomorrow, with no water in sight!

After a long drive from New York, arriving at the Condo and being met by the beautiful views and having the Sea and pool right there was a trip well worth every mile. Our vacation was a wonderful relaxing time and would love to return the next time we are in the area. Even our small Chihauhau loved it, he stayed in his bed on the screened in balcony and loved the feeling of being outside all the time. I believe he was depressed when we got home. Thank You Christopher & Jennifer for one of the best vacation we have ever had and for all your help in making it all possible. We enjoyed the condo immensely and had a very relaxing vacation. The condo had everything we needed, the beach was peaceful and not crowded and the location was great. There was plenty to do to keep my husband busy while I relaxed on the beach. Our teenage boys loved the ping pong table! Very nice place to vacation.

Everything was fantastic! Our family loved having the ocean at our feet and so many attractions close by. The Space Shuttle Reentry overhead was great!

Wonderful does not describe our pleasure in staying at this key location, Pool and Beach at your finger tips. Watching the turtles nest was the most exciting, for our Grandchildren ages 6-17 who shared the week with us. The condo was spotless and was stocked with all the extra stuff to make it feel like our own. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Views were to die for and every morning we found the kids up ready ready for the new adventure. Yes we would stay here again and again. Thank you Chris and Jennifer The business end also was simple and straight forward from the start to the return of the deposit. Thank you for making our time with our Grandchildren creating memories they will have for a life time.

This was a fabulous place to stay!! I booked this for my son's Spring Break. The views and accomodations are fantastic!! My son (7) and my best friends family had the best time ever. The views from the condo and from the pool of the beach were beautiful! All you need to pack is your swimsuit. Everything that you need is right at your finger tips. We had a awesome time. The place was perfect. My kids had so much fun. They would play in the pool then go to the beach then go to the pool. They were so good about cleaning the sand off. Thanks for everything!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Being able to set up your umbrella right on the deck overlooking the water was a great feature. We saw the turtles swimming and even saw a meteor shower that was breathe taking. We will be back.
