Built in 2002, our two-story townhouse is comfortably furnished in mountain lodge style. The soaring ceilings and generous windows flood the living areas with natural light and views of the mountains, river, lake and the pine trees that surround the property. From the deck, or with the windows open, you can hear the tranquil sounds of the Snake River.
Upon entering our mountain home, you’ll discover a bedroom with bunk beds featuring full size mattresses (sleeps up to 4), a bathroom across the hall, and the main living, dining and kitchen areas. A stone faced gas fireplace provides the ambiance for a relaxing vacation. The private master bedroom and bathroom occupy the top floor. As a top floor unit, you’ll enjoy the high ceilings not to mention the peace and quiet without neighbors above. The deck overlooking the river is the perfect place to start or end your day.
Located conveniently near both the Keystone Lake Village and the Mountain House Base Area, you have easy access to all Keystone has to offer. The footbridge over the Snake River connects you to the bike path, Lakeside Village, and the Keystone Conference Center. Here, there are restaurants, shops, ice skating, bike and boat rentals, walking paths, a playground and much more all within walking distance. For skiers and boarders, the free bus line stops right in the parking lot to take you directly to the base area. No need to worry about driving, parking or long walks in uncomfortable boots!
After an active day in the mountains, you can relax in the hot tubs or the steam room. The community area even has bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and towels for your convenience. Also found here are both the BBQ gas grill and the fire pit complete with firewood.
If you want to venture out to explore the rest of Summit County, drive or ride the free Summit Stage bus. Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all located near-by for more world class skiing. Dillon and Frisco offer quaint shops and restaurants to explore while Lake Dillon has two marinas for the best in boating.

We rented this condo over New Years and were delighted with how convenient and enjoyable it was. The beds in both rooms are comfy - and the family room/kitchen was great for watching nightly movies and toasting the new year. We made a few small meals and found what we needed - and more. Everything is new here - dishes, appliances, cookware, countertops, bedding, etc. Bathrooms are updated. Quiet spot and easy ride to lifts or back out to Highway 6 into Dillon. Would highly recommend!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great vacation spot. Convenient to base area with regular shuttle service. Very quiet wooded area. Lovely furnishings, comfortable beds. All the amenities of home. We'll be back.

WOW! Such a fun time in your beautiful condo. Love the location along the river. We have been there in winter as well as summer and fall and enjoy all the seasons especially when staying in your well appointed condo. The beds are so comfortable and everything was so clean. We will call you again when we need a place to stay in Keystone.

What a beautiful condo! We loved the sound of the brook behind the unit, it was so peaceful. The beds and linens were some of the most comfortable we have ever had. Would highly recommend this unit.
