This deluxe 1600+ sqft condo is located in exclusive Club Santiago. Club Santiago is a safe secure gated oceanfront community lined with cobblestone streets.
This condo offers an excellent value for Manzanillo. Other beaches in Manzanillo are affected by strong undertows. Club Santiago is located on a 2.5 miles long beach in Santiago bay, it is safe to swim, perfect for all ages including children.
Enjoy this stunning beach, a shimmering stretch of sand, only a three-block stroll away. It is perfect for long morning walks or even jogging as the sand is compact enough along the waters edge.
Try some boogey boarding on the moderate waves (2-4 feet). A little further down the beach try out great surfing at Olas Altas, if you feel adventurous and want to take on the bigger waves.
There is also a nice sunken wreck within walking distance, for those who enjoy snorkelling or diving that is 300 meters out from shore.
We have a membership to the beautiful oceanfront beach club- with pool- just three blocks away. As our guests you can relax and suntan while taking in the magnificient ocean view. If you get too hot have a swim in the pool to cool off. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and drinks (coctails and cold beers) there for reasonable prices, with a stunning view of the ocean.
There is a golf course, a few blocks away from the condo for those who enjoy golf.
Two convenience stores are close for your immediate needs. The nearest is only two blocks away.
The condo has been very tastefully decorated and furnished very tastefully, including gorgeous marble floors. Relax and enjoy the style and refinement this condo provides. Extensive renovations were done recently making this unit a place we are sure you will enjoy staying at.
On the main level the condo has a covered open-air terrace for dining or relaxing, with both a propane and charcoal barbeque. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer as you dine, overlooking the pool, manicured grounds, while surrounded by a verdant rainforest and mountains. During the day listen to the tropical birds singing. At night relax to the sounds of the ocean surf. Unlike other condos along the busy strip in town this one offers a truly peaceful experience.
There are two levels to this unit. The main level has a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, large bedroom with two double beds, and a small children’s room with bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own 3 pc ensuite. The entire upper floor is a large master bedroom suite, with one balcony and a huge terrace overlooking the pool, good for suntaning. The master terrace has a small jetted tub, a table and with four chairs, and two lounge chairs.
The pool is nice, with a shallow area for children and deeper area for adults. There is a palapa (covered patio) with tables and chairs behind the pool, which is perfect for bringing your lunch to eat or evening drink/s in the shade. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available from the clubhouse if you want for the poolside.
Housekeeping is done once a week by Maria while you stay.
No need to rent a car unless you want to travel to coastal villages. Taxis are very inexpensive here. You can expect a 10 minute a cab ride to Soriana (the biggest modern supermarket in town)to cost about $7, where you can stock up on inexpensive groceries. A 20 minute ride to centro (downtown) should run $15, and you can find lots of shopping there.

Fun trips to do: Capital city of Colima, Comala, small surrounding villages such as Barra de Navidad, Melaque, Isla Navidad, El Tamarindo etc.

We felt at home the minute we walked in.The property was spectacular! Just as the pictures even better because we were ther to take it all in.The property managers were very helpful.Easy walk to the beach and places to eat. Would love to go back every year. Don and Crystal Evanston Wy.

Upon walking up the three flights of stairs to the Penthouse Condo, we were rewarded with a wonderful view of the palapa, pool, garden and tropical jungle. The bright, airy condo, on two levels, is most comfortable partly due to the four balconies/terraces. The master bedroom is awesome. Our favorite spot was the covered terrace off the living room where we enjoyed our meals and Margaritas. The condo is well equipped and clean. Use of the Beach Club is a real bonus. Our 2 1/2 month winter "get away" at Puesta del Sol was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Nancy for your attention to our comfort. Hans and Mary Ann

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this condo for 10 days in May. The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Meals on the deck overlooking the pool and forest were wonderful. The condo is super close to the beach. We spent most days at the beach club enjoying the pool, restaurant and beach. We highly recommend staying here. You'll love it!

Our family (including 14 year old) really enjoyed staying at your condo. I was very impressed by the friendly and helpful property managers, and the clean, modern, spacious, and well equipped penthouse (including plumbed-in drinking water and great movie selection!). The neighbourhood felt safe and relaxed. The beach was our family's favourite hangout (boogie boarding!) and it was very nice to have access to Club Santiago by the beach for use of their pool, beverage & food possibilities, and toilets. The nearby restaurants were tasty. We also loved the variety of opportunities in the larger area, such as family trips on the interesting yet safe local bus system and reasonable car rental access, for exploration of neighbourhoods, towns and cities. My two sons (ages 6 & 9) stayed at this condo for a month this summer. The condo was a great fit for our family. It is a nice distance from the beach with great waves for boogy boarding and playing in the water. With access to the club Santiago, I was able to have computer access to work a little each day while my kids played in the pool or on the beach. The property managers were very helpful with information and assistance.

It is definitely a great place to rent, nice setup and the decoration. We travel with my parents and two nieces and everybody loved the place. Also it is very close to the beach and a reasonable distance from the restaurants. We had such a great time and hopefully can go back soon!

My wife and I spent 4 weeks in Manzanillo, Mexico, January 10 to February 7, 2008. We rented condo #133420, which is a nice large condo located in Club Santiago. The condo is large enough for six people and is furnished with all the commodities that we are accustomed to in Canada. The condo was refurbished last fall. Our daughter, her husband, and two children stayed with us for two weeks and we all had a wonderful time.The condo is well situated for shopping, and beach activities. One can travel by bus or taxis at reasonable cost. The mountains and the beach in this area offer some of the best sceneries we have ever seen. The owners are member of a Beach Club, located on the ocean, which provide all necessary facilities for a nice afternoon at the beach. The beach is very good for swimming and boogie board late in the afternoon.Sometimes in the morning we would say – ‘’another day in paradise’’.Reg. & Therese Levasseur

This is a great place...(very nice) feels like a home. Spacious with all the ammenities. Lots to do nearby and I couldn't get enought of the beach. I cannot wait until my next trip.
