Spectacular views from our comfortable waterfront home on beautiful Sproat Lake just ten minutes west of Port Alberni on Vancouver Island! Relax in this spacious home with private wharf and mountain views.
Crystal clear fresh mountain water just perfect for boating, swimming, and water skiing. Near the World Famous Martin Mars water bombers and enroute to Tofino, Long Beach and Pacific Rim National Park.
Surrounded by trees and gardens, the property enjoys stunning views of Sproat Lake and Mount Arrowsmith. An extensive lawn leads to 100 feet of private pebble/sandy beach. The dock with mooring provides water access for swimming, boating, water skiing or sunbathing. Every day about 4pm the wind comes up to cool down the sand and is perfect for windsurfing.
Our lake home is warm and rustic, with lots of space for families. With 2600 square feet, the main floor has three bedrooms with two queen-size beds and a kids' room with bunk beds and a fully-equipped kitchen and living area. The deck spans the main floor, and offers terrific views of the lake from the umbrella-covered table and chairs, near the barbeque. The lower level has a walkout to the grass area, with twin beds in the bedroom and separate two piece bathroom and laundry. Everything you might need for a week at the lake is included, such as kids' toys, movies, books, as well as beach towels, deck furniture, outdoor toys, barbeque and kayak.
