Welcome to our four bedroom townhouse, ideal location in family section of Sea Isle at 59th st. area. Beachblock, only five houses from the beach and about a minute walk to a beautiful guarded beach. We are also only two blocks from promenade for biking and access to downtown restaurants and activities. With market 2 blocks away you may never have to get back in your car.
The 3rd floor has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and great room with plenty of space with TV dvd/vcr and a wonderful deck with umbrella and chairs,also gas grill.
The 2nd floor has 3 attractive bedrooms, the main suite with queen size bed and slide doors leading to a private deck, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single.
The 1st floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed and also private deck on this floor. (there is a total of 5 decks)
We have garage parking for one car and parking on driveway for 2 to 3 cars. Enclosed outside shower is on the side of the house.
