This is a third (top) floor unit with a large sky light that adds an open feeling. The condo is comfortably furnished and has several amenities and upgrades. There are two great views of the ocean; one from a master bedroom balcony and the other from a screened in patio off of the living area. All of the carpet in the living, dining and hall areas has been replaced with ceramic tile and wood flooring in the bed rooms. The living area has a leather double reclining sofa and we have added a flat screen TV with cable Hi-Def and built in DVD player. There are also flat screen TVs with cable service in all three bedrooms.
We take a great deal of pride in the condition of our condo and want all of our guests to have a pleasurable stay. Please read the reviews written by our previous guests. Our unit is the perfect location for a vacation at the beach and is located two blocks from Main Street in the Ocean Drive section of NMB. You can leave your car parked at the condo and walk to the Ocean Drive Pavilion, Arcade, shopping, restaurants, dancing, and an abundance of night life.
Activities (on site and near by): Ocean, pools, Hot Tubs,High-Speed wireless internet access, Pavilion, Arcade, Restaurants, Shops, Tennis and local Pubs are all within 2 blocks.
Other Activities: Barefoot Landing, Live Theater, Golf, Theme and Amusement Parks, Cinemas, Miniature Golf, and two Casino Boats, all within 15 minutes.

Why the Owner Chose Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club
I'm in my mid sixties and Elaine is much younger. I have been going to this part of the beach since my preteen years and have always loved it. One of my ambitions had been to own a place at the beach. I was an original owner in this complex but the unit was across the street. A friend had owned our current unit and when he offered to sell, we couldn't resist the opportunity to be on the ocean.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy the fall and winters at our place the most. For both of us it is a chance to forget work or other problems. Elaine is a great cook and we mostly stay in the unit and relax. If the weather is not too bad, I may play a round of golf at The Surf Club. The only time that we go in the summer is to take our grandchildren. The complex pools and this stretch of beach are ideal for kids.

Jim and Elaine's condo is truly our home away from home. My girlfriends and I rent it twice a year and look forward to our visits. The location is perfect for the activities we enjoy, the upgrades to the condo are wonderful, and the owners are very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend this property.

Elaine and Jim I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the trip to the beach. Even the weather was lovely. That breeze is just perfect with all the sun. It is amazing that we can go into the kitchen at the condo and find every pot and utensil I need. just lioke at home. I have a fondness for cooking in an electric frying panand that was there too! The condo is not just a place to stay, it is conforatble, relaxing and a pleasure.

This is what i would call home away from home---This unit is tastefully decorated, nice and clean. So close to everything you could possibly need(daily trips to walmart) and a few steps to the beach--Its in a nice quite location on the beach, or take a short drive to all the MB excitment--Will be returing again for the 3rd summer---Thansk for such a great vaca spot--

This was our families' second stay in Jim and Elaine's condo. Loved the updates and the ease of not having to travel with huge amounts of items from ohio. Just like our first stay, the condo was awesome: relaxing, had all necessary amenities, and allowed our family of 4 and my mother to spread out and enjoy time to self. Look forward to our next vacation at the condo and at the Beach. Thanks for a relaxing and pleasurable experience.

Thank you for a great vacation! The condo served as the conduit for a perfect (and much-needed) family getaway. The condo was spotless, had a very thought-out floor plan, and was extremely accommodating. On top of that, the location was great, and, thankfully, the weather was terrific. We have to point out that we really did feel like we were ‘home’ during our stay – everything from utensils to the extra set of golf clubs in the closet gave the condo that extra special touch. Hands-down, we could not have asked for anything else to make our stay there any more special. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer

I thought the condo was amazing! The location of the condo was very easy to get to and the directions provided were very accurate. The listing photos accuracy was impeccable. The property was very clean and maintained! The owner could not have been more helpful answering my questions and concerns. I would love to stay at the condo again in the very near future and I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. It is perfect for a family or just a group of friends planning a getaway. There was a pier, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance of the condo. The condo also had a relaxing pool and hot tub that we enjoyed very much!

Our group of (4) thoroughly enjoyed Jim and Elaine's condo. The condo was clean, spacious, and easily accessible to the beach and nightlife. The screened in porch was a wonderful way to enjoy the cool beach air after a long day enjoying the sun and fun. We had an amazing time at this condo. It is fantastic and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking our own meals and spending time with friends and family in the common areas. The entertainment center is well-equipped for travelers who like to enjoy TV, DVD, and music away from home. Each bedroom has its own TV, which is great. The balconies are a perfect place to read a book, socialize, play cards/games, or simply enjoy the view and sound of the ocean. Being within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, ice cream, and the Pavilion make the locale unbeatable. I highly recommend this place to all travelers. I cannot wait for our next trip!!!
