Take advantage of the convenient Deschutes River access for floating or kayaking on those hot summer days. Golf, fishing, hiking, and boating are less than 30 minutes away in the Cascade Lakes Recreational Area. Biking trails are also in abundance throughout town and near the river. Winter brings a host of other fun adventures. Mt. Bachelor (just a short drive up the road) offers downhill and cross country skiing, as well as snow sledding for the kids. Snowmobiling and dog sledding are also popular. All this while you enjoy your stay in this contemporary townhome featuring two master bedrooms on the second level with Queen and twin beds(can convert to a King) and private baths.
