The open floor plan of the first floor consists of a spacious living room area, where you can view the 32" television stretched out on the coach or relaxed in one of the two recliners. You may choose to curl up with a good book on the plush chaise and let your mind wander. The stylish dining area is where you will call everyone together, at the pub style gathering table, to share a home-cooked meal, prepared in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen or call for an old fashioned game night, to share a few good laughs with family and friends. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot for a quick bite to eat or a place to hang out while others are working in the kitchen. No need to pack any dirty laundry...Directly off the kitchen, conveniently located for easy access, is the laundry room. As you approach the gorgeous open stairwell the half bath will be on your right. As you ascend up the stairs take advantage of the overhead view of the first floor.
Straight off the top of the stairs is the master bedroom. As you turn the corner at the end of the hall, you'll know that you've arrived...and life is good. Don't wait to try out the impressive queen bed, where you can relax watching the 32" TV or just lay back and enjoy the gulf view. Its like floating on a cloud...you won't be disappointed! The master bath jetted tub is where you can sooth your tired, overworked body and free yourself of the stresses of everyday life. If you feel like a rinse before retiring for the evening, caress yourself with water from the filtered shower head, which will leave you feeling clean and refreshed and ready for a great night sleep. In the morning open the sliders, take a deep breathe as you step onto the private master bedroom screened porch and enjoy the breathtaking view as you prepare yourself for a wonderful day in paradise! Adjoining the Master Bedroom is the soothing "Blue Room." The old world white metal bed frame is the backdrop for the quilted bedding of clean, crisp, yellows, whites and blues, as are the fun and colorful accent pillows. Finally, we offer the "Tropical Green Room." Named for the rich green wall color and the motif of the bedding and window treatments you'll find another television for your viewing pleasure. If you choose to stay in this room you will have direct access to the guest bathroom, without having to use the hallway. It's like having your own private bathroom.
