This charming lake cottage is centrally located in the South Sauty area of Lake Guntersville and is convenient to several metropolitan areas: Huntsville (45 min), Chattanooga (1 hour, 15 min), Birmingham (1 hour, 45 min), Nashville (2 hours, 15 min), and Atlanta (2 hours, 45 min). The house is situated on a beautifully wooded 2 acre lot with over 400 feet of lake frontage. There are two bedrooms and one bath making it a perfect vacation getaway for a small family or two couples.
