Waterfront dream--penthouse on 10th floor. Beautiful football field sized beach--very private and uncrowded. Low rise condos and homes for miles on either side of 10 story building. Front of building faces intracoastal and back where Unit is located faces Gulf of Mexico and beach--beautiful landscaped lawn unobstructed view of gulf from windows and balcony.
Huge pool and spa, clubhouse with ping-pong, sauna, along with guest bath and library area. Unit has king sized bed in master, two twins in third bedroom and two full sized beds in second bedroom. Rents only 4 months per year, very nice homey, new furniture, decor and appliances, second home for owner.
Looking for weekly or monthly renters to rent from owner, would like to find return renters. Rents only Jan 1- May 22 (Memorial weekend).
