Front of the House - Harbor Island, South Carolina Vacation Rental This house is located in the Nautical Watch subdivision on Harbor Island. Harbor Island is a quiet, guard gated community with a nice beach, club house, tennis courts, a basket ball court, and a fitness area/gym. You could easily walk to everything on the island. There is an island pool at the club house and a pool for Nautical Watch neighborhood only located directly in front of the beach house. The house is just a short walk from the beach; however, a golf cart is provided for your use as well. The island is typically very quiet and is a great place for families or anyone wanted a quiet relaxing vacation. The house has bamboo wood flooring throughout the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The floor plan is very open with a large kitchen. The house has a split floor plan with two bedrooms and one bath on each side. There is also a LARGE bonus room upstairs. Two bedrooms have sliding glass doors that enter to their own screened-in porches that connect to the back deck. There is also a large front porch. Local artwork is throughout the house. We also have a house in the Ocean Marsh neighborhood on Harbor Island that we are willing to rent as well. It has four bedrooms, two baths and is in a more private setting, but farther from the beach. Contact me for pictures! If you have any questions feel free to ask!!!

Nightly .. $300 plus clean up fee (2 night minimum).
Summer ....... Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep 01-09 ......... $1750/week.
Fall/Spring .. Sep 10-Oct, Nov, Mar, Apr, May.... $1550/week.
Winter........ Dec, Jan, Feb .................... $1250/week.
We also welcome monthly and long term rentals!
The cleaning fee is included in weekly rates. There is an additional 11% tax and
$25-$35 gate pass fee (depends on length of stay).
$500 deposit due at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
