You will be vacationing in the heart of Orange Beach. Everything is close by; restaurants, grocery stores, golf, The Wharf, naval museum, boat charters, shopping and much more.
But don't forget the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water which you can enjoy from our balcony.
We pride ourselves in offering you a well maintained and fully equipped condo. The condo has a brand new kitchen and master bedroom furniture as of fall 2010, the master bathroom has a new double bowl vanity and new furniture in the second bedroom as of fall 2009. You will not regret staying in our unit.

We will decide in jan or feb on what we are going to do next summer, and your place is sitting on the top of what we what to do...I'll let you know more when we get to that time. This condo is in excellent condition! The unit is very clean,the rooms are comfy and the condo is quite cozy. It includes all the comforts of home at an affordable price! It has a supurb pool and ocean view and it convenient to grocery, restaurants, ect...The tower itself stands alone so it is quiet and very private..It proved for a very relaxing time...Thanks again to the owner! The rental process is alway a smooth transaction with this owner. You won't be dissappointed..

Email sent to owner: Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our vacation. Summerchase was beautiful and just the right size. I don't like staying at places that are super large and crowded. The condo was super nice, and we loved the view from it. The beach was perfect weather - lower 80's. We took our 1 year old son for his first trip to the beach. He loved it so much he decided to take his nap on the beach 2 days in a row:) He also loved the little baby pool - we had it to ourselves the entire time. We will definitely be renting from you again!
