Great condo. Was in excellent condition and appeared to have been recently updated. Everything was as good or better than advertised. We will certainly rent this unit in the future.

Great condo with everything you need for a great beach trip. Owner very easy to work with and very prompt with contracts and deposit returns. Would certainly stay here again.

I am sorry that the people who were supposed to stay had a family emergency but their loss was our win - it was just the get away we needed. Taken from email sent to owner: "we loved your condo it was a great view....very relaxing on the deck at night...saw the flippers feeding only 1 day kids were pumped...we really enjoyed the whole area...food was ten times better than destin and the over all general cost were a lot cheaper then destin....also the location was unbelievable...there was nobody crammed around you like all other places up and down the beach...you have a little gold mine right there. We will decide in jan or feb on what we are going to do next summer, and your place is sitting on the top of what we what to do...I'll let you know more when we get to that time. Thanks for all Chris"

This condo is in excellent condition! The unit is very clean,the rooms are comfy and the condo is quite cozy. It includes all the comforts of home at an affordable price! It has a supurb pool and ocean view and it convenient to grocery, restaurants, ect...The tower itself stands alone so it is quiet and very private..It proved for a very relaxing time...Thanks again to the owner! The rental process is alway a smooth transaction with this owner. You won't be dissappointed..

Email sent to owner: Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our vacation. Summerchase was beautiful and just the right size. I don't like staying at places that are super large and crowded. The condo was super nice, and we loved the view from it. The beach was perfect weather - lower 80's. We took our 1 year old son for his first trip to the beach. He loved it so much he decided to take his nap on the beach 2 days in a row:) He also loved the little baby pool - we had it to ourselves the entire time. We will definitely be renting from you again!

Thank you so much for the use of your condo. We absolutely loved it!!!! The weather was awesome and the condo fit our needs to a tee. I think the thing I liked most was the location. The beach wasn't crowded, it was removed from the business of Gulf Shores and the place was safe and spotless. Thanks again and our kids are already planning for next year. Danielle

The condo and view was breathtaking. A quiet condominium with very little traffic on the beach. Condo was equipped with exercise room, indoor and outdoor pool that was easy accessible. We didn’t have to do any traveling to sight see or explore the city there is a lot to do in the immediate area. I highly recommend this condo for the perfect getaway. It was a girl’s vacation and it met all our needs for fun and sun!!
