This beautiful year round 3,700 sf multi-level waterfront Chalet is located on 1 1/2 acres on Moose Pond and literally at the foot of Pleasant Mountain's Shawnee Peak Ski Resort. This house is a perfect place for a family reunion or a few families to vacation year round.
The master bedroom suite with double sink bath includes a long balcony with an incredible view of the lake. The open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, granite counters and long peninsula, dining room with large table and living room with stone fireplace has cathedral ceilings and sliding doors which lead out to a huge deck with direct views of the water. The large finished basement and game room has a futon and cots for extra sleeping.
Moose Pond is a beautiful 70' deep 1,694 acre lake great for all kinds of water sports including motor boating. This property has private 200' water frontage w/sandy beach entry, a large dock for boat tie-up w/sitting platform, a large swim up raft w/ladder and a stone fire pit for camp fires.
Shawnee Peak is a great family friendly ski mountain with all kinds of skiing options and more than 40 trails and 5 lifts. They also have 19 trails lit for night time skiing all season long. Shawnee Peak also has one of the largest lit Park/Pike Combos in New England!
