This two Bedroom one and a half Bath Townhome sleeps 6 and is located in a quiet neighborhood in the quaint town of Mexico Beach, Florida. The Townhome has front and back decks for sunning and socializing. Also includes a screened back porch. Furnished and equipped with all the modern conveniences.

Close to a fishing pier and game room. A few feet from the Gulf and the Canal. Across the street from a boat ramp. Within walking or biking distance from Restaurants and Shops. Mexico Beach has excellent fishing, crabbing, scalloping, boating, shelling, snorkeling, kayaking, sunning, swimming, and golfing nearby. This spacious rental takes less than 1 to 3 minutes to walk to the Emerald Green waters and sparkling white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The Location is Beachside and the Gulf can be seen from the upper Deck. INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDED!!!!!

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. Everything was as described online and was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again. Nancy was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get to and very close to the beach which I enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I needed a relaxing long weekend and this was the place for it. We have stayed at Mexico Beach/Port St. Joe on three other occasions and have always enjoyed it. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, decorated so cute and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed meeting Nancy and appreciated her helpfulness. We love Mexico Beach and will definately be coming back.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My husband and I chose Mexico Beach to avoid the Spring Break party scene. I have to say that Mexico Beach is an amazing place! Every person we met was extremely nice and helpful. The condo was perfect, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and welcoming. Nancy is incredibly nice and easy to work with. The location was perfect, we could see the gulf from the balcony, a super easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Nice, quiet and relaxing location with an amazing back yard and screen porch for enjoying private evenings at home. Local restaurants were very good too. We will definitely be coming back, this little town has won over our hearts, we dream of moving there someday!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My family of 5 and a friend went to Mexico Beach on Spring Break to enjoy the peacefulness of the beach and NOT be caught in the craziness of "Spring Break". I have a teenage daughter and 2 sons that are ages 12 and 11. They loved their visit and the owner was very nice to my family. It is a simple walk down the street to the beach, canal, or to the pier. I plan on returning in the future! It is perfect for a family get-away!~Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
