Very Clean, modern, spacious (approx. 1100 square feet) two bedroom, two bathroom home. Only 100 steps to the beach with a wonderful view of the Georgia Strait and Hornby and Denman Island.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, 19" flat sceen TV, DVD player, three piece ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds which could be put together to make a king size bed. The suite is equipped with all the comforts of home including, a ready to use kitchen, 27" TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo, video library, books and games.
Walk out through a set of french doors onto a spacious deck, sit and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Stroll along the beach and watch the salmon jump and plenty of eagles and seals to keep you company. The Bowser suite is situated on a quiet street. Easy Highway access makes a trip south to Qualicum Beach (15 minutes) or north, 5 minutes to the little village of Bowser very convenient. There are beautiful provincial parks with lakes, beaches and picnic areas within a few minutes drive from the house. Horne Lake Provincial park with its amazing caves and outdoor recreational activities is only a 10 minutes drive away. There are ocean kayaks to rent in Deep Bay, a ten minute drive from the house.
The friendly village of Bowser has a great little supermarket with an awesome bakery, a grocery/post office/liquor store, restaurant and mini mall with a video store and a coffee shop. There is also a gas station, pub and hardware store. From November to March, the suite is the perfect base for a family vacation at Mt. Washington ski resort with skiing, snowboarding and cross-country. Skiers have an easy 35 minute drive to the resort.

* Only 20 minutes drive to world class Tigh-na-mara spa.
* Take a day trip to Denman and Hornby Island.
* Only 15-20 minutes drive to beautiful beaches in Parksville and Qualicum.

* The famous Fanny Bay oysters, Island Scallops and fresh locally caught seafoods are available.
* The ancient trees of Cathedral Grove, the magnificent waterfalls of Englishman river and Little Qualicum Falls are a short drive away.
* Long Beach, situated on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island, is 2 hours and 45 minutes away by car.
