Let me start by saying that when I first drove into the parking lot, I couldn't believe how nicely decorated the outside looked. Not a very big place, but looked very comfy. As we walked into the condo I couldn't belive how nice it was. The pictures really don't do any justice. This condo is very spacious. When I visited, I came down with my now fiance's family. Which meant I did have to sleep on the couch. Even it was very comfortable. Everthing we needed, but food, was there. We all spent 3 nights there and never had a problem with anyone else being loud or anything, like you do at most hotels. There are a good bit of small shops in the area within waking or bike riding distance. The streets have a nice sized sidewalk to accompany bikes. If you forgot something at home or staying for extended period of time, there is a publix grocery store right up the road. The location couldn't be better! If your like me and don't like crowded places, this is for you. If you feel like visiting places that have more shopping or fun things to do, Destin is about 30 mind one way and Panama City Beach is about 30 mind the other way. We had time to visit both and still had plenty of time to spend on the beach. The only complaint I had was that the exit gate was broken and anyone could go right in. This I'm sure will be fixed. I will be possibly looking to go back maybe for our 1 year anniversary after we get married!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
