This is the premier oceanfront unit in Mokuleia Beach Colony and is 20 feet from the beach. This 900 square foot home has been in our family for decades and we are now offering it for rent on a limited basis. Once you stay at our Hawaiian paradise you will want to come back year after year! The cottage has a large beautifully furnished living room with koa wood walls, enclosed lanai with custom monkey pod wood furnishings, dining room with rose wood table and credenza, a fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters, bedroom with queen-size bed and separate dressing area.

Molukeia Beach Colony is a gated waterfront duplex community situated on six beautiful acres, we are located in the southern most unit, on the south edge of the property (it's very private) located at the end of a dead end path. The colony amenities include swimming pool, tennis courts and paddle court. Out your front door you can walk the beach for miles without seeing another soul!

Nearby watersports and activities include, surfing, jet skis, windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, hiking, beachcombing, glider and plane rides, whale watching, watching for turtles from the lanai (which is a favorite of our kids), horseback riding on the beach at the next door polo fields, and watching the sky divers from Dillingham Air Field. Come and see the world class surfing at Sunset Beach and at Bonsai Pipeline in the winter. This makes a person want to be 18 again). Don't forget the golf clubs, the Turtle Bay Hilton is only 30 minutes away and the island boasts numerous spectacular courses. The North Shore offers quiet seclusion yet the amenities on Honolulu are only a 35 minute drive away.

If you need to stay connected we have hi-speed internet with a router (the people at the office will not know you are sitting with your feet in the ocean checking email unless you tell them!).
