Enjoy spectacular views of Burt Lake from the living room, dining room, kitchen and screened porch of the lakefront condo. A queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins, and a queen pull out, along with two full baths, provide comfort and privacy. The natural wooded landscape, boardwalk and dock area allow you to enjoy the lake and outdoors. The crystal clean water has a hard sandy bottom that gradually slopes to deeper water so it is save for children. Burt Lake is great for swimming, kayaking, sailing, water-skiing, fishing and much more.
The up-north town of Indian River on Burt Lake one and a half miles from the condo has a grocery store, fish market, old-fashioned ice cream parlor, restaurants, sports outfitters, miniature golf and more. In Indian River make arrangements to tube or canoe the Sturgeon River right out into Burt Lake. The State Park and Devoe Beach are also in Indian River.
Enjoy a stop along the Inland Lakes Waterway in your boat - miles of lakes and rivers to explore. Boat rentals nearby. Along the way you can tie up at Hoppies, Hack-ma-tack, Inn Between or one of the other waterfront restaurants. The inland waterway even goes out into Lake Huron. A mooring buoy is available.
Across the road from the condo is state land with miles of trails for hiking, snowmobiling, or ATV. Mackinaw City and the Mackinaw Island ferry, skiing at Nubs Knob and Boyne Highlands, golfing at many breathtaking courses, and dining and shopping in Harbor Springs and Petoskey are all within 30 minutes of the condo. Activities are endless.
