This adorable 1/1 condominium is located in Seagulls. (Mile marker 90 on the ocean side.) Seagulls is located in a well maintained community. Seagulls is a beautiful oceanfront condominium that has many amenities. Some of the amenities are:a heated swimming pool, private beach area, clubhouse, tennis court, clubhouse, gym with sauna, washer/dryer facility, Tiki Huts, BBQ grills, and picnic areas on the water. This home features one bedroom and one bath, full kitchen, living room, and screened in balcony. This home sleeps two to four people very comfortably. It has a queen-size bed and a full size pull out couch. The home is complete with: stove, microwave, refrigerator, color TV (with cable), VCR. All towels and linens, sheets, dishes, pots, and pans are provided. This home is spotless and a great way to stay in the Keys without spending a fortune. Seagulls is located on the fringe of Key Largo which offers vacationers many great opportunities.

this was a wonderful retreat, getaway! the owner of this condo was wonderful as well. The description and pics were acurate. The property was clean and so was the condo itself. The pool was magnificent and that is where we spent most of our time! It would be wonderful to have a kayak here since the beach itself is not at a clear spot to snorkel in. Would definately recommend this to our friends!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a perfect base for exploring all the wonderful places of the Florida Keys. Lovely & clean property with everything you need. Close to all activities, shopping, etc. Easy to get to. Not too far to drive from Miami Airport.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
