We drove in two cars packed full with10 people and all of our luggage after 5 days at Disney! When we arrived here we were ready to just relax and enjoy the beach. The townhome was beautiful and perfect for our large family. The walk to the beach was short and the views from the top floor were amazing. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach each night. The owners are wonderful people and are very helpful. They left lots of info in the townhome on what to do and most importantly where to eat. The first night we ordered pizza based on their recommendation and it was delicious. The townhome was very clean and the elevator was a bonus for our luggage. We loved our stay and I would recommend staying for longer than the weekend because you really won't want to leave. We saw dolphins on our first night too!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We had the pleasure of spending time at this beautiful beach condo in July. The location was perfect, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo itself has a bright and fun decor with lots of comfy bedrooms. The view from the top floor is breathtaking - especially at sunset. I hope to return here again soon!

There were 7 of us who stayed at this condo in July 2009. It was perfect as there was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. The views from every floor were spectacular and everything we needed was within walking distance.

Our family has three young children and this rental offers the best of every world. It is across from the beach, but it is also immediately in front of a park with wide open grass and a fantastic play structure! When children or adults get tired of sand there are other options. Then when the children are in bed up to the rooftop for stars and the spa! All that and the place is comfortable and BEAUTIFUL! What a fun decorating job!

Having visited clearwater beach many times...This location is excellent for families, accessibility to all the beach facilities and views of the intercoastal are awesome! Truly a unique Property in all respects.
