Condo facilities include 2 designated covered parking spaces and awesome heated pool and fitness room. Unit has been totally re-done by a designer with new appliances, cabinets, granite, carpeting and flooring, furniture, etc. Unit includes 3 T.V.s ( 2 flat screens) as well as 3 DVD players. Note. None of these are shown in the pictures or the virtual tour as they were installed afterwards.

Resort-like setting is 1.5 miles from Scottsdale Road exit on Loop 101 also with easy access to AZ 51 and Route 17, Sky Harbor Airport and points of interest like Carefree, Cave Creek, Prescott, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

Owners are local and live 10 minutes from the unit.

  • John, Gina, Thank you for providing such a lovely Condo for us to stay in. It was homely, comfortable and very clean, with the most incredibly comfortable bed. Everything we needed was provided in the condo, and the location was excellent as a base. Your service was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We would definately stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. We had a great holiday, golfing, sight seeing and dinning out. Sunny Phoenix is an amazing city.   • Well, another great stay in this lovely condo. Nothing like being able to slow down and live somewhere that is home form home. When you want to stay in everything you need to cook with is, there, the towels are fluffy and best of all = less luggage 'cause you can do laundry in the condo. Who wants a hotel.......... Can't wait 'til next year

The condo is fully equipped with the comforts of home and is CLEAN and a welcoming place to stay. Fantastic pool & resort style facilites. I have no hesitation in recommending this condo.   • This condo is fab. I had not expected it to live up to the pictures but in fact they did not do it justice. It was well stocked and superbly situated for the Scottsdale area. It has to be one of the few sites where you could manage without a car!!! The pool is a hop skip and a jump away and the community facilities are everything you could need. We have stayed at both the Westin and Scottsdale Princess on a number of occasions as well as at a nearby villa - this is better. John the owner was as accomodating as could be. There are lots of Condos advertised in Scottsdale but - if you get the chance - Grab This One!! We will be back.
