Why the Owner Chose Annapolis
Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.
It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.
Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium - Two Story
The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our
condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.
The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.
Owner's Map of Annapolis
Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.
