We, 6 girlfriends, had a wonderful time -- the condo was comfortable, spotless, conveniently located to shops, restaurants, sites, the waterfront of Annapolis. The time of year and weather did not allow us to enjoy the large deck, but with warmer temperatures it would have been wonderful. The owners were so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend the 3 restaurants we had dinner in: O'Leary's, Federal Tavern Bar & Grill and Osteria 177. The only inconvenience was the need to use the parking garage, which results in additional expense; but the central location makes it worthwhile. It was a great find for us!

WOW! You couldn't ask for a better location for the price and the size. You can see the bay from the master bedroom upstairs, and the State House from the deck. The parking garage is 1/2 a block away and the rates are reasonable - $16 for 24 hours (if you've parked in Philly or NYC, you'll agree). The street is quiet, you can't hear the noise from Main Street. The beds are comfortable, the rooms large, and the living/dining room area is a great place to hang out. So much better then a hotel. It was the first time our children (11 and 14) had been to Annapolis - and they loved it. We did the sunset cruise on the Windward Schooner, had dinner at the Sly Fox, drinks at Pussers, Middletown Tavern, O'Briens, and lots of shopping. Christina and John were very helpful. We can't wait to come back!! Thanks for everything!!

I just returned from a weekend at this lovely condo. My two sisters and I travel from 3 different states each Fall for a weekend, this weekend was our 12th and, for the first time, we decided to return to a rental unit before we even left. The unit is lovely, well laid out and very comfortalbe. The Lynch's are both delightful to work with. We ran into only two glitches, it wasn't clear that the entrance is in what appears to be the next building and there is no recycling bin. Mild glitches to be sure! Anaanpolis is so full of thing to see, to do, places to viist and gret restaurants and shops that we didn't go near our cars for the four days we were there. I recommed this rental highly and with no reservation. Enjoy!

We stayed here in August 2010 with our good friends who visited for our sons wedding. The condo is so well located that we walked to everything. Since my brother lives in Annapolis we parked at his house and took the free shuttle when we needed the car - which was only once to go to Washington DC. The parking garage is very conveniently located right across the street though. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The sheets were of exeptional quality for a rental and the queen bed was as comfortable as home. We liked the privacy of each couple having a bedroom and bath on separate floors. Although the two twin bedrooms share a bath and access to that bath is through one of the bedrooms. For families or good friends this should not be a problem. The queen bedroom and bath ar very spacious with lots of closet space. The condo is on the third and fourth floors of the building and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us but could be for some. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck. It is a wonderful place to sit and relax for breakfast or after dinner. Wish the weather had not been so hot the week we were there. The heat and humidity limited our true enjoyment of the deck. We just booked the condo again for our niece's wedding next June. It is in walking distance of both the church and reception site and will suit our family better than a hotel room. John and Christina Lynch were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to a small maintenance issue that arose and it was fixed the very next day.

Just got back from a delightful weekend in Annapolis with our two grown children, their spouses and their small dogs. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, nicely laid-out, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Cheery patriotic and sailing decor. Comfy beds - our daughter commented that she slept better on one of the twin beds than she did on her own bed at home! And I slept like a rock in the queen bed on the top floor. Did hear a bit of street noise; sirens and cars, but that's to be expected in the middle of a city. The owners are easy to work with; dropping off keys so we could get in when we arrived earlier than expected. There are very quiet offices in the two floors below the condo, so no worrying about noise in the evenings or on weekends. The only hassle was parking; easily overcome, but be sure to budget for it. We spent $32 over 4 days; saved a bit by parking further away at the Knighton garage that was $8 per day. It's at the corner of Colonial Drive and West Street - about 7 blocks - so pull up close and unload the car before parking. The garage that is closest to the condo charges $16 per day, but its free on Sunday mornings. We did the Woodwind Schooner sail on Friday night at sunset. $37 per person. Even though there were about 40 people on the boat, but we had plenty of room. Friendly crew who shared lots of info about Annapolis and sailing. Recommend doing this to get out on the water. Leaves from the harbor, a short walk from the condo. Enjoy your time in Annapolis - and don't hesitate to book this wonderful condo.

A modern and spacious condo in the centre of Annapolis with a large selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Large deck area is brilliant during Summer season. John & Christina's list of recommendations are a must to check out! Extremely friendly and helpful correspondance before booking until checkout. Would highly recommend.
