During the day, you can sun yourself on the sun deck next to the ocean or lay on the beach or sun by the pool. Take a walk to the Tiki Hut just a short walk down the beach. Hilton Head Island is perfect for bike riding. Over 30 miles of bike trails and 12 miles of beautiful, ivory sand beach. There are many bike rentals nearby, and some will deliver to your door.
Many shopping areas including COLIGNY PLAZA which is in walking distance. Many restaurants to choose from. Take a day trip to Savannah only 40 minute drive or take a boat to Dufuskie Island. There are so many things to do and see!

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was clean, well cared for, and suited our needs perfectly. Very efficient use of space! Our contact with the owner was friendly and easy. We knew exactly what to expect, and there were no surprises. The property is close to restaurants and shops and just a few steps to the beach -- so convenient! It was also very easy to load and unload the car, with an elevator and loading carts available and close by! All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would recommend this villa to someone in our circumstances who needed just one bedroom, or one bedroom with space for a small child or two. Thank you to the owners for sharing with us on short notice!

Seaside homeowners association has recently updated the outside of our building and grounds and I recently updated the inside of my Villa. We have a beautiful Beach and we are close to lots of good restaurants.and shopping. .

We have just returned from condo at Hilton Head, celebrating our 57th wedding anniversay. It was a wonderful week and a great place to stay. The condo was very updated, clean, close to good eating places, walking distance to beach and has internet. It also has a great pool and was very quiet. We plan to spend many more times there. GREAT PLACE .

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo in Sea Side. We have stayed there before and my daughter (age 20) and her friends have also stayed there. We all plan on coming back in the future. Hilton Head is a great fun place to vacation. I actually did some bike riding for sight seeing and hadn't been on a bike in many years. We do suggest taking at least a day trip to Savannah if you can. The drive there was a little more than an hour and well worth it. The condo was clean and right on the beach. It is very close to everything on the island. I will stay there again.
Owner response:The Browns have stayed in our Condo before and was delighted to find that we recently upgraded our Condo with new carpet, new couch, new TV and new Queen size bed and new curtains. They liked the view of the pool when you come out the front door. Just steps to the beach is a big plus. You don't have to have a car to get to shopping center and good food.but nbest of all the BEACH..
