We had the most wonderful week in your lovely condo in December. It was like a family home. There were plenty of towels, beautiful bedding, comfy sofas and balcony chairs. We saw shooting stars from our bed overlooking the sea. The sunsets were amazing. It was lovely and clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. We have many fond memories to take back to England with us. Thank you Beth for sharing your home with us. We would truly love to come back

This property is well maintained. The owners have thought of anything you might need to make your stay a wonderful experience. We have been coming to the Destin/Seagrove area for 25 years and stayed at many different places, but this is now at the top of the list. The owners were great to work with and we found everything to be as described.

Perfect anniversary getaway

This condo is just beautiful. From the wood floors, to the stainless steel appliances, to the comfortable and stylish furniture, love the beadboard, to the fabulous view, wow, this place is it!! We were celebrating our anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect. You can enjoy seeing the ocean from the couch in the livingroom and from the bedroom, and the view from the balcony can't be beat! It's nice that the condo is the first one down the hall after the elevator-very convenient. The balcony is private, not shared, and has an extra area where the compliementary beach chairs and umbrella are stored. The green chairs on the balcony are amazing lounge chairs. The TVs with the DVD players are great too. The owners are wonderful-they are so helpful with any questions about the area or the condo. We did NOT want to leave this condo or the beach!!!!!!! The details in this condo are what put it over the top. I really appreciated that there was mustard, mayo, ketchup, etc in the fridge, little things like that make such a difference., And I loved the devo books that are around the condo, along with some local books. Thanks, Beth, for taking such good care of us! I want to tell everyone this is a fabulous place, but then, I kind of want to keep it all to myself! :) We can't wait to come back!!!

I've never written a review before so hope this is helpful. My wife had cancer following our booking this condo. The owner, who'd never met us, sent get well cards throughout the year and sent prayers for us which was a blessing. As for the condo, it is next to the elevator...very convenient and includes a larger balcony area. It is simply beautiful inside with new elegant hardwood flooring, wainscoating on walls, granite countertops. The view is gorgeous as well. There are extra umbrellas and chairs if you prefer not to rent from the beach although I used the beach ones to prevent carrying them back and forth. The location is great as we like to go between Destin and Panama City for various restaurants, shopping. I would give this condo and the owners my highest recommendation by far!!! Enjoy all.

Another Great Week at the Beach

This is the second year staying in this unit. We love it and the new upgrades were great. Having stayed at One Seagrove Place for close to 20 years, we have found the unit and owners that has become our favorite and will always stay here if it available. Everything you might need is available, the unit is spotless from floor to ceiling and the owners are very helpful and friendly. It is the best!!

Our entire experience was overall amazing. We have stayed at One Seagrove Place for many years and Beth has been the best. She communicated with us and even let us know when the condo was ready for us to check in. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances are up to date. It was great for rest and relaxation. The pictures on the web site are lovely but do not give this beautifully decorated condo its due !!! we had the pleasure of staying here last July and it was truly awesome. The owners have paid so much attention to every little detail and the views from the over sized balcony just cant be beat.Our family has vacationed in Seagrove for fifteen years and I can tell you there is not a better value to be found for the ambiance you feel at One Seagrove Place. This was our first trip to Seagrove, and it won't be our last. From the beautiful condo and spectacular view to the quaint little towns along 30-A. It was a wonderful week! Everything that has been written about this condo is right on the money, we could not have asked for anything more and I have never felt more "at home" while on vacation. The pictures don't do it justice because you can't tell how comfy the furniture is and those AWESOME mattresses on both beds!! This was my fourth year in a row to stay in this condo. That should speak for itself. However, I will tell you some of the many reasons. Each year that we have stayed in this condo it has been upgraded, but this year the upgrades were especially significant. New wood floors throughout, new bed with beautiful white fluffy bed linens and flat-screen television in the second bedroom, and a new larger flat-screen in the living area. I always enjoy the location of the condo. It is located just a couple of minutes from Seaside, a quaint little town where I love to shop or grab a bite to eat. In addition, it is located approximately 25-30 minutes from Destin. Another major plus is that you literally walk straight off the beach, get into the elevator, and get off the elevator at the condo. No lugging the beach stuff for a 1/2 mile. The "extra room" opens up at the elevator and that is where you can store your beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, tents, etc. This allows the condo to stay uncluttered and sand-free and, as a result, more restful for the vacationers! Speaking of chairs and umbrellas, they are available for you to take to the beach. No having to purchase your own or rent them on the beach. That has saved a considerable amount of money each year. I love this condo and Beth and Buddy are so easy to deal with during the . It is such a restful vacation because you are at a beautiful location in a beautiful condo with basically everything that you need except your swimsuit! The pictures just do not do the place justice. The decor and colors are calm and soothing. I hate to leave it every year. We are planning to come in the off-season during the fall and I'm so looking forward to it! In my opinion, you will not find a better place to vacation for the money!!

Weekend Beach Vacation

My husband, five year old daughter, and I stayed at the Wilkes beach condo this past weekend and we absolutley loved it!!! It was decorated so beautifully and the new hardwood floors looked excellent. This condo is hard to beat. It was with-in walking distance to several great restaurants and very close to many other restaurants. The pictures do not do this condo justice. Anyone would be extremley happy with the location and beauty of this condo. We will definatley be back along with some of my other family members soon, I hope!!!

A Great Week at the Beach

Everything written about this unit is true! I don't know what I was inpressed with more, the condo, the view, or Beth's hospitality! The condo was perfect and had everything in it we could ever want. It was just like home. And the view is spectacular. Having coffee on the terrace each morning and a snack there at sunset was the best way to begin and end each day. Beth checked in on us and went way above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I would recommend this condo to anyone who asks. Thanks Beth! This is exactly what me and mom needed!! My family left this wonderful condo last Monday and boy do we wish we were still there! One Seagrove Place is our favorite place in the world. This amazing condo is so beautifully decorated. As soon as you walk in the door it makes you feel like you are home. Beth called us to make sure everything was good and we really appreciated that. The condo is filled with little extras you won't find in other vrbo units before. Snacks, extra beach toys and chairs as well as condiments in the frig and pantry. We didn't even have to buy laundry detergent or napkins. The Russell family will be back in the Spring to 905. Thanks Beth for sharing your beach home!

Home away from Home

This condo was truly a home away from home for us. The furniture was nice and comfortable (much nicer than I've found in most rentals). My 8 year old daughter was extremely fond of the recliners in the living room! The condo was decorated beautifully and the view of the gulf was amazing - both from the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom. We really appreciated all the little extras like the shampoos and the beach chairs, etc. Beth was extremely responsive and easy to work with. One Seagrove Place seems to be located on a quieter stretch of the beach but still close to lots of activites. It was also nice to have a pool to dip in after spending some time at the beach. I would highly recommend staying at #905.

The condo was perfect. the view was amazing. we loved the decor in the rooms, the kitchen was beautiful and had all the emenitys of home. everything we needed was a short walk away, from fresh seafood to shopping. we really enjoyed the grills outside the pool and the gym. but our favorite place was the balcony. it was very large and we loved eating breakfast on it everymornin!

No Oil on Beaches, Wonderful Condo and Perfect Location

The beaches are just fine and the condo was perfect. Every year, my college friends and I meet from different cities and spend a long 4 day weekend at the beach. This last July was at Buddy and Beth's condo and the accomodations were great. The condo is perfectly located and a fun bike ride or walk to the shops and restaurants in Seaside/Watercolor. The beaches were clean and just as relaxing and peaceful as they have always been. The condo has beautiful granite countertops and all kitchen amenities needed. When you walk in, the condo just feels relaxing and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

One Seagrove Place

What a wonderful stay we had this year! It was our first time staying ocean front; the view was breathtaking! We truly enjoyed the huge difference it made to wake up each morning to crashing waves. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was so convenient to the beach, pool and of course Seaside! We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing, convenient vacation. It is good for all ages; our little ones keep asking when is time to go to the beach again!!! The owners were more than helpful, the condo was clean, well stocked, and you are only a walk away from good food, and lots of fantastic fun!!!

The new decor is wonderful!!! Love the granite countertops and new appliances. Thanks for all the "extras" in the cupboard. I should never grocery shop until I see what you have provided. Just a great vacation rental. Very nice and friendly, family- people renting the other properties. We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was beautiful and so were the beaches and water!!

This is one of those condos that is literally too good to be true!! It has been totally updated and has everything you could ask for in your home away from home. The views are amazing and this unit has a rare side porch with a table that we took full advantage of. We have stayed at One Seagrove place for years, and this is by far the best unit we have stayed at. We look forward to vacationing here again in the near future.

We have had such a great time this week! Your place was just beautiful and had alot of extras we needed. The weather was perfect this week too! Our boys had so much fun on the beach-they are 8 & 5. We only left for a half day this week and they were not happy, they begged to be at the beach. Our little St. Louis beach bums! This was one of the cleanest and best furnished condos we have ever stayed at in Florida. Beth is the only owner that has ever called upon our arrival to make sure everything was o.k.as well as follow-up after our visit. The furniture on the large balcony was very comfortable. There were beach chairs, beach umbrella and floats on the balcony for our use. The photos did not do the condo justice with the hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, and other furnishings. We enjoyed sitting in the reclining chairs and looking out at the ocean.

We just spent a wonderful week at #905, One Seagrove Place. We had five girls ages 11-16 and not once did we hear "I'm bored". The view alone was worth it - awesome! My husband and I still miss being lulled to sleep by the ocean waves crashing on the shore. So peaceful at night. We had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. Goatfeathers was just next door with great seafood. It was our first stay, but certainly not our last. Can't wait until next time!

We just got back from Beth and Buddy's condo. I call them by name because I feel like I know them, even though I have never met them. This was the second stay at this condo since July 2008. It is a wonderful place for a family to get away from it all. In my opinion, you will not find a more perfect beach location for the price. As the property description says, it's the "Best Value at Seagrove Beach". There are many reasons why I believe this to be true. Here are just a few: 1) It's a "home away from home" with all the amenities of your own home. 2) It has been upgraded since last year with new flooring and furniture. I thought it was great then, but even better now. 3) The view is unbelievable. 4) The extra balcony/room with outside access means that you don't have to deal with all the beach stuff, including sand, inside the condo. 5) The elevator is just outside the condo, so you don't have to lug the beach stuff for a mile to go to and from the beach. 6) It's next-door to Goatfeathers - a seafood shop that will steam your seafood while you wait (3 minutes!). 7) You can be to Seaside from the condo within 5 minutes. 8) The water was the most beautiful clear aqua and the sand was powdery white. As you can probably tell, I LOVE this place and I'm planning to come back year after year!

What a wonderful time we had at this condo! The extra touches that were added to make the guests feel special were really appreciated. We ate all of our meals on the porch and the view was amazing. I hope I get to come back to this unit again and again...Thank You!

After staying in the same place for over ten years of visits to Seagrove Beach, we had to find another option. To our great joy, One Seagrove Place, and #905 specifically, provided an even better place to stay. The location is perfect (you can walk to Goatfeathers!) and the views are exquisite. The extra exterior balcony room is an added bonus - right off the elevator. The condo is the perfect combination of rental and home and we felt like family. A+ and we hope to return soon!

We just returned from Unit 905 in One Seagrove Place. Felt like staying at a family home. Really pleasant, EVERYTHING we needed was right there (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen supplies, etc.). This could not have been more convenient. If you have 3 kids like us, the bunk beds are a huge plus as most places have 2 twins or a double in 2nd. Views were stunning and the building was lovely. All around positive experience and dealing with the owners was extremely positive...they really care about making their condo a home away from home for the renter.

Gorgeous ocean views for the price! We love this location and the Wilkes were so accomodating and even had extras like condiments and coffee for us! We also used their goodies like beach toys, chairs and the umbrella! We had a wonderful vacation in Seagrove!

My wife and I just returned from a few days here with our three boys, a 12 year old seasoned beach veteran and our 2 1/2 year old twins who had never before been to the big water. All three of them had a blast. What a spot for the little guys to first dip their toes in the Gulf - just a lovely experience for all of us.

spend the month of march 2008 at the condo it was worth the drive from canada the beach was great people were great i would recomend this condo for family,s also kid,s would love the beach not to crowded lovely white sand and the wife,s would love the shopping in destin men would love the golf

What a GREAT home for a vacation....and i mean HOME---not just a condo. This place has everything....so much more than the "bare-bones" condo. All one needs to bring is sunscreen. The most wonderful month we ever spent at the beach.

My family just returned 2 days ago from our wonderful vacation at One Seagrove Place. The condo was great, with beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom & living area. The beach was not crowded at all, the ocean was clear, and the weather was beautiful. We had more fun here than on the cruise we took last summer! I would recommend this condo to all my friends & family. We were very pleased with our stay and can't wait to go back!!

Our stay at One Seagrove Place was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The views of the gulf each morning over a cup of coffee are breathtaking. We enjoyed the beach along with renting bicycles to explore Hwy 30-A. I recommend it to all!

I have had the opportunity to stay overnight at this condo on two separate occasions. The location is great. Located right on the beach and an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. I had a wonderful relaxing time and would certainly stay there again.

Our family stayed at this condo a couple of weeks ago. It was a great place, especially for families. The beach was absolutely beautiful, the kids loved the pool, the complex was so clean and neat. We can't wait to go back!!!!
