Regatta Bay condominiums, located on the 12-mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks, is centrally located on the lake for your boating, water sports and cruising pleasure. Our three bedroom, 1800 square foot unit has a full bath for each bedroom and is located one level below the parking lot, and for a condominium, is very private.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom and large living room provide panoramic views of the lake from many rooms in the condominium. The huge master bath with walk-in shower also features a two person jetted tub to provide relaxation while watching boat traffic through the large window over the tub. There is a walk-through door from the master bedroom and a triple pane slider from the living room giving easy access to the front deck.

This unit is located near the tip of a peninsula and is just a few feet from the water's edge, which means that you have a fabulous, unobstructed view of the lake from several directions while having a casual meal on the lake front patio/deck. For your dining and viewing pleasure, the screened-in deck includes a wrought iron dining set, which will seat 6 comfortably as well as cushioned wrought iron furniture. Spend warm summer days and evenings enjoying a meal on the deck or just watching boat traffic.

There is "nothing but lake" when looking out the front windows since the boat docks are in a protected cove behind the unit (no annoying dock squeaking to keep you awake at night). The concrete and gravel courtyard outside the main entrance to the condominium is shared only by one neighbor (who is rarely present) so you have total privacy. New in 2006 carpet, tile and laminate floors provide all of the comforts of home.

Master bedroom has new in 2007 oak Broyhill furnishings with TV in the armoire, new Simmons bedding, and a walk-in closet. Queen bedroom includes new Woodmarc oak set. Third bedroom has two sets of twin oak bunks (four beds). Glass top, wrought iron dining room table easily seats six, and the adjacent kitchen bar seats three.

The kitchen features smooth top range, microwave, icemaker in refrigerator, dishwasher, two sets of dishes and three sets of silverware. All small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, mixer and toaster are included. Laundry room features full size washer and dryer, and new water softener in 2007.

On-site amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and cookout/picnic area. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Included with the rental unit are 2 boat slips.

Two convenience stores with deli's and two restaurants are nearby (you may walk if you choose), and there are many other restaurants within a few miles.

Since we value the comfort of ALL of our guests, we must insist that this is a no smoking, no pet unit.
