Do you want to get away from the valley's heat? Our log cabin home completed in March 2006 has 2,000 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft and is just what you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just 2.5 hours from Phoenix, it is close enough for a weekend get away or for a long stay with occasional trips back to the valley to "check in" on the office and other personal things.
The house has one king, one queen and a full-size sofa bed in the loft. There is plenty of room for several air mattresses if you plan to have more than 6 people stay for a long period of time or just occasional guests. There is also a spacious area off the master bedroom for a crib or toddler bed to help parents keep a close eye on their "little one".

Rates .. $100-$250/night .. $900-$1500/week.
$85 one time cleaning fee depending on size of party and pets.
$10/night per pet.
$250 refundable deposit ($300 if pets are present).
50% of total reserves the cabin.
Balance due 10 days prior to arrival.
