Fantastic location with the best of both worlds! Beach Villa overlooking the 18th fairway and green of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. Just a short five minute walk to the beach or two minute bike ride. Our Villa is just a short walk to the community pool, Palmetto Dunes tennis resort, Robert Trent Jones Golf course Clubhouse, and the plantation's general store.
We have completely renovated the interior of our Villa 12/2007. Recent upgrades include new hardwood flooring throughout the lower floor and new Berber carpeting on the upper floor, custom interior paint and colors, interior doors, baseboards, casement, fixtures and more! In 4/2009 we replaced the old refrigerator with a new side by side unit with built in ice-maker and chilled, on the door water dispenser.
Our smoke free Villa comes complete with everything to make your vacation enjoyable with the comforts of home. The living room and master bedroom are both located on the first floor. Sliding doors lead to a large open deck which overlooks the 18th fairway and green. Table, chairs and grill for outside dining.
The master bedroom includes a new bed and full private bathroom. The living room includes a newer sofa with pullout bed, newer love seat, and a second three quarter bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two double beds, full private bath, and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The upstairs loft includes a sofa bed.
This setup allows for up to eight people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. If you have a toddler or infant a high chair is stored in a 1st floor closet for your use. Our Villa has free wireless internet access and beach equipment to make your stay more enjoyable.
Hilton Head Island is famous for its beautiful beaches and warm ocean water. However, while at Palmetto Dunes, there is plenty more to enjoy. The plantation itself has four championship golf courses as well as 25 championship clay tennis courts of which many are lighted for night play.
The plantation includes miles of biking trails, 11 miles of lagoons for rowing and many restaurants. Shelter Cove harbour is one mile away and includes shops, restaurants and fireworks in the summer.

- Kid Friendly: Please be aware that the Villa backs the golf course and that only paid golfers are allowed on the course between 7 A.M - 9 P.M.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: One responsible party must be at least 25 Years of age. Owner reserves the right to require proof of age.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Immediate eviction and additional cleaning fee.
