Newly remodeled and ready for a romantic get-away or family vacation. Just park your car in the private carport, and ENJOY! Also includes a second private parking spot. Many of the other rentals in the village do not have any private parking.
Unit features Master suite with European queen bed. Second extra large bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk bed and separate twin bed with pull-out bed for extra sleeping space. Unit includes Washer, Dryer, Hardwood floors, Crown molding, Tiled bath/shower, On-demand hot water, Flat panel cable television, ceiling fan, secluded outdoor patio with table and chairs for 6 people, gas barbeque, and much more.
Plenty of activities, including golf, shopping, and fun activities for the entire family. You are minutes away from the famous Santa Cruz beach Boardwalk and Pier. One of the best Surfing areas is just outside your door – walk down in your wetsuit, with your surfboard in hand, and start paddling. This is a great spot for beginners or teaching the kids how to surf. Private lessons are available from several local sources.
This is truly an outstanding location for any couple, family, or group. Second unit of similar size is available just upstairs for those family reunions, group vacations, or just separating the in-laws.
