This brand new, contemporary, designer, green home is only steps from the surf and the village of Stinson Beach. Come to the beach and park your car for your stay. Slow down, walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. In addition to the convenient location, this unusually large site is adjacent to a creek and restored native riparian habitat with occasional frogs and steelhead in the backyard.
The heart of the house is the upscale, well-equipped and informal kitchen. The features include; a bonus vegetable sink with multi-pur filtered water, all stainless appliances and easy pass-through layout with plenty of work stations. The dining room opens out onto both patio and deck for seamless outdoor living.
The house was constructed with universal design standards: level-in access; bathroom sink, tub, shower and toilet all discretely designed for wheel chair access. As well as a stained concrete, single level, radiantly heated floor throughout.
All three bedrooms have great features, suitable for couples or a family gathering. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and double shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom and Dutch door to the Creek. Third (kids) bedroom has bunk bed (twin over full, that can be separated), a cathedral ceiling and adjacent bathroom with six foot tub.

Every summer my family and our family of choice stays here for a week. Every year it is amazing, magical, memorable. The house is great--lovely and comfortable. Every amenity one needs for a great week at the beach. And the owner is a complete mensch. On the rare occasion when there is a glitch, he is ALL over it. And he really seems to value his guests. This place is truly wonderful.

I absolutely LOVE this house! This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. It has such a beautiful flow and open floor plan with lots of outdoor communal space as well. The kitchen and living room are the nucleus of the house and we spent a lot of time drinking amazing wine and cooking up fabulous meals for everyone! Let's not forget that the beach is just a few steps away and I am pretty sure that our dogs liked that feature the most! I highly recommend this vacation rental and look forward to staying here again and again and again...

Our family of 11 totally enjoyed the whole week at Stinson Beach. We were a short walk to the beach, with all amenities available at the home for children as well as adults, i.e., trampoline, hammock, spa, computer access, TV availability in 3 areas, as well as a specious kitchen area and dining room. All was maintained in a beautiful manner and any questions we had were responded to immediately by the owner. We are surely referring others to this delightful area and hope to return another time in the future. The privacy was amazing, and the garden of flowers and cactus was so relaxing to enjoy in the garden as well. Stores close by were a plus too...highly rated and highly enjoyed!!!

Gorgeous home, beautifully landscaped grounds, private hot tub, easy access to beach and town, room for gatherings....what more could you ask for? The last 5 days have been a delight and we are sorry to leave this wonderful home and beach for the cold blast of the Rocky Mountains. This house has all of the comforts of home: well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, modern baths, indoor/outdoor living - all perfect for a break from reality. The home suited us well as a home base to explore the Marin Coast - Muir Woods, the Point Reyes Lighthouse, Chimney Rock covered with Elephant Seals - quite the adventure!!! We highly recommend this home to those who want be close to the beach and relax in style!

Home is serene, beautiful & perfectly located between town & beach (can easily walk to town for espresso in AM or dinner in the evening) although there's no reason to leave this beautifully equipped kitchen for any meals. The beds are all comfortable, living space lay out allows both comfortable family/friends gathering space AND privacy. The house looks even better in person than the photos. Owners are considerate, accomodating and concientious and were incredibly committed to making our weekend experience above and beyond expectations.

Renting this house was our first rental experience with VRBO and we were not disappointed. This beautiful house provided the perfect Thanksgiving get-away for our family. Best of all was the Stinson Beach market, also walking distance from the house, that was very well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here again.
