Grand Colony Villas is an exclusive beach front complex on the tropical island of Ambergris Caye (San Pedro), Belize. There are three buildings (2 oceanfront, 1 poolside) which are located 15 minutes by foot from downtown San Pedro.

Ambergris Caye proved to be the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever taken and hope that yours would be the same. They have a perfect mix of local culture and tourist amenities. The absence of cruise ships is refreshing, as is the attitude of the locals who seem generally happy to have you visiting. Most people enjoy the outstanding diving available, but there are many other activities to partake in (easily arranged by Bottom Time Dive shop on the grounds). Most travel on the island is done by either foot, taxi or rented golf cart. The restaurant selection on the grounds is very good, but both higher end and lower end food can be found easily. This is not a golfing destination, but if you love golf, which I do, you can take a boat or plane to a new island course close by and play, all for roughly $200.

This unit is located on top floor in the middle of the pool front unit with a wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai. It features brand new appliances, all porcelain tile flooring and tiled verandas, granite counter tops, interior hardwood doors and ceilings, jacuzzi & separate shower and double vanities in master bath, central air, and double insulated windows. The exterior features lighting, wood railings, brick-paved golf cart paths, promenade beach path & shower rinse, private covered parking, landscaped walks & gardens, private pool with pavilions, perimeter privacy wall and a night security guard.

  • Beautiful top floor view down the center of the complex out to the ocean, full maid service every day, room service available, pick up from airport included, pre-arranged grocery shopping available, Bottom Time dive shop is part of the resort and can plan any adventure on land and sea, Banyan Bay facilities are included and Golf carts available for use (coming in 2007 we were told).
