I just wanted to thank John and Scott for the great weekend we had at thier place. The house really has it all! We rented oner the winter and had a great time. It is right down the road from camelback so you can pretty much get ready for the slopes at the house. When we got back from the mountain we made a fire out back looking over the lake. That night we watched college hoops on a Huge Flatscreen TV that in not even mentioned in the description of the house... it was a real pleasant surprise! The downstairs has a load of games that keep everyone occupied, some classics like Ms. Pacman and they also have some new stuff like the Megatouch screens that are at most bars. The lake was frozen over so there was people pushing thier kids around on sleds and ice fishing which was pretty cool to watch. John and Scott were also great to work with, they even found us a great resturaunt to go to later that night. I have rented a lot of places in the poconos and this place really has it all! I look forward to renting again! Thanks, Jim

We really had an excellent Sumer Weekend. First of all I would like to Thank John and Scott, very friendly people to deal with. Always reachable, always made me comfortable with all his possible help and guidance. About the house I would like to highlight few things:- More spacious than it looks or described -The Game room is one of the main attractions: All the game tables and instruments were in perfect working condition and have got plenty of space to accommodate 20 or more people together in this room. -The lake is just at the backyard, we enjoyed boating (there were 2 paddle boats and 1 Canoe ), sitting (there are garden chairs and table beside the lake with a private area), fishing and bonfire near the lake . -Eat in Kitchen is also spacious and clean with lots of cooking utensils, the refrigerator was large, electric range was in good condition, the wooden dinner table was large can accommodate 12 or more people together. -The Deck beside the kitchen in the second floor was large with garden chairs and table and gas Grill, we enjoyed the barbeque party. However the grill was not so clean and the table and chairs have some dust on them due to they are outside the house, which is quite normal, we cleaned it before use and after use also we cleaned the grill and table. - The ground floor have a specious sitting area with a working eclectic fireplace we enjoyed there with some music session. - 4 Bed rooms (2 in the first floor, 2 in the second floor) are furnished with bedroom sets and equipped with window a/c and 2 of the bed rooms had small TV. Bedrooms had plenty of place to sleep including bunk beds, double beds and some beds had sliding bed which comes out from the bottom of the main bed and you can push it in after use to get space in the floor. However bed rooms are considerably smaller in size, but who spends much time in bed room except sleeping at night ?. - 2 Bath rooms 1 in the 1st floor and 1 in the second floor, one of them have shower and washer drier; one has bath tub, the bath rooms were clean and comparatively small but enough in size. - The home appliances were in good working conditions but the make/brand were cheaper, would have been little better but again doesn’t matter. - The internet connection was pretty good and fast, I got more than 12 mbps download speed. - There were not too many tv channels but had a 5 Disk dvd player (not blue ray), we watched movies with dvd s we brought with us. We wish we could stay longer..

We rented this house for a Christmas get away with family and we had a blast! The house is accurately described and well maintained. The game room was a hit with kids and adults. There is also an arcade size air hockey table in the game room that is not in the pictures. There was plenty of sleeping room; all of the sofas fold out to beds. The house is very close to skiing, tubing, the outlets and the casino. John and Scott were great to deal with and I had my deposit back less than a week after the trip.

We rented the cabin for my husband's 30th birthday weekend. We invited a lot of friends and family to celebrate with us and go snowboarding and skiing. The house was so great! The pictures don't even do it justice, it looks even nicer in person. It has everything you could want...large and equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, sleeps tons of people, cozy fireplaces, and an amazing game room-with so many fun games! The house is super close to the outlets, the mountain and the lake is right in the back yard. Jon was also great to work with. He was always reachable and the whole process was very professional and easy. We couldnt of had such a great and memorable time if we didn't find this house...everyone loved it and we had an amazing time. THANK YOU!

The house was great! My family and I visited for the weekend, sort of a family reunion. With the amount of kids we had, there was not a boring moment, from the game room, with awesome games, proximity and accessibility to the lake, and the paddle boats, there was something for everyone, we had 4 generations there, everyone had fun. The owners are wonderful, and very helpful, I would recommend this house to any of my friends. Even without many events at the time, we were all having fun. The only thing that I didn't like were the holes in the screen windows, so there were a lot of bugs coming in, and dead bugs in the house. We had to clean up before the rest of the family arrived. There was not only dead bugs (small) but dirty cabinets, and the fridge was dirty and so was the stove. Those are just minor inconveniences, there was everything you could need for a weekend, bedding and all. It was great!

This was my 3rd time renting this house from John and Scott and I couldn't be happier! They are very easy to work with and are available when needed. My friends and I always go in the winter to go skiing, which camelback is right around the corner! Not to mention the outlets also! However, some of the people in the house do not ski but they are never bored because there is so much to do in the huge game room to keep them occupied, or they can watch the big flat screen. Would definatly recommend this house to anyone that is looking to have a great time and I look forward to staying again in the years to come! Thanks again, Jamie
