Spacious, well maintained home. Perfect for a family with teens. Quite neighborhood. Easily accessible to the interstate.The homeowner was very easy to work with. I would stay again and recommend it to others.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

After a month, security deposit was not returned. When the check finally showed up, $ had been deducted for bogus claims like: furniture moved, toilet not flushed, paint damage?! If you rent this place, take photos to protect yourself! 3 nights cost substantially more than the listed price (almost as much as an entire week!) Home is in a good location for automobile access to Marietta, Smyrna, Sandy Springs, etc.
Owner response:The responsible party to the contract was not the people staying instead were relatives that miss used the property. The items were unflushed toilet, air on to freezing ( 54 degrees), furnishure broken. I deducted $ 50 dollars to compensate for the extra cleanning charged to me by the cleanning company.

Stayed here in April. So much better than staying in a hotel. Clean and comfortable. Huge amount of room, great privacy, lots of TV channels for the kids and free internet! Nice quiet location too, but easy to get places from. If we are back in the area we will rent here again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
