Single family house in beautiful Bayside.
Don't get cooped up in a townhouse - rent this single family house with a huge back yard. This is our second home and we just recently started renting it out - it is immaculate.
Bayside in Fenwick Island, Delaware features the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and that's just the beginning of the long list of community amenities.
There is something to be said for quality time with those we love. That feeling of being together. Doing together. Bayside offers many choices for both. Imagine days where the swimming, canoeing, tennis, crabbing, kayaking, sailing, fishing and windsurfing all seem to vie for your attention. As do the nearby beaches of Fenwick Island and Ocean City.
As the day fades, the evenings bring new life. Fireworks on the beach, concerts in the town center, cookouts with friends or simply relaxing on the front porch watching the stars blanket the charcoal sky.

Our location, four miles west of Fenwick Island on Route 54, is close to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and Ocean City so if you're not into golfing, take in the shopping, the pool or tennis courts, and other activities nearby. If the beach is your destination there is daily service from Memorial Day to Labor Day so hop on the shuttle bus* and leave the driving to someone else.
Our home is located just 2 blocks from Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center* where you will find a recreation center with locker rooms, fitness facility, Sun Ridge Grille snack bar, 4,000 sq ft outdoor pool with separate whirlpool, kids' Splash Zone, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, picnic area and playground.
*Amenities fee, optional, but required for use of pool/shuttle etc. Fees vary with season.

I love this house and my wife and grandmother did an excellent job with decorating it. I would definitely rent this place if I didn't already own it. I would also recommend renting this house to my friends and anyone else who wanted a comfy, clean, and new house in a great community with great golf, pool, and close proximity to the beaches and OC boardwalk.
