The unit has a 51" Big Screen TV, Fireplace and Barbeque grill. The 10 X 30 foot covered slip is included in the rental(rent or bring a boat). Large Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Range/Stove, Microwave and Coffee Maker just to mention a few of the amneities (unit is stocked with anything you would need on your stay). The grounds are wonderfully kept and offer two pools, Sand Beach with diving platform, and parking right outside the Condo. There is and abundance of areas to walk and exercise with scenic views.
The Ledges Complex is 2 hrs from St Louis or Kansas City and 1.75 hours north of Branson. It also offers the Most Convienent location on the Lake (Mile Marker 20) to the Various Shopping Malls (112 Outlet stores), Golf Courses, Hospital, and Entertainment,convienent to Party Cove. Whether you are planning a trip with the family, golf with the Guys, or a Girls weekend you will find it most enjoyable with plenty to do!

Why the Owner Chose The Ledges
We bought this to get away and stay warm! MN has snow 10 months out of the year! We are also hoping to use it more a few years down the road when the kids are older. In the meantime, we hope others can enjoy it and take care of it the way we do, RELAX & HAVE FUN!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location is very convienent to shopping, boat rental, dining (all sorts), water park, go carts, state park, beaches, Bagnell Dam, other Historical sites, and the hospital if (unfortunately)needed. There are many golf courses with a variety of difficulty to choose form as well.
Groceries. There is more groceries and shopping North on Hwy 54 (Super Wal-Mart, HyVee, Home Depot, Lowes)
Plenty of courses around -this is probably most reasonable and most forgiving for (amatuer) golfers.

I am a real estate agent in MN. Our family (3 children) enjoy going to the lake when we can. The unit overlooks the pool so we can easily watch them. We also enjoy grilling on the deck and playing golf at the various courses in the area. When we get tired of the snow in MN we need a place to go to warm up and see sun! Pictures don't do justice - in a BAD way!

We stayed at this condo a couple weekends ago and were so excited because the pictures on here made it look like a ver nice condo - one of the nicest on this website. BOY were we WRONG! The condo looked nothing like the pictures! There were cobwebs hanging from the lights in the bathrooms, the flooring in the hallway and living area was not finished and one of our guests tripped over some of the loose boards in the hallway near the master bedroom; there were scratch marks on the flooring near the sofa; the sliding doors in the guest bedrooms and in the hallway where the washer and dryer is would not slide and were not hanging properly. When we couldn’t locate the TV remote, we searched through the sofa and loveseat – we found the remote in the loveseat, but when we removed the cushions to look for the remote, it was so disgusting - we didn’t even want to sit on it after that. I don’t know who you pay to clean your condo (if you have it cleaned) but it is a very poor job of cleaning. As a past condo/house owner at the lake, I would have been embarrassed to have rented out a property that looked like yours did (especially when it is advertised as a much nicer product that it really is). We were not impressed.

We stayed here for a "girls getaway" a few weeks ago. The condo is better than in the pictures. The location was perfect. It was very comfortable for a large group of girls. Everything we needed was included as well (pots, pans, extra blankets...). We had a great time and the views of the lake are great! We loved the balcony connecting from the living room and master. Thanks for everything!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Jeff, Fishing wasn't as good as the last two years, we caught about 30 bass a day, with only two fish over 5lbs. Water was still a little too cold, this weekend should be perfect. The condo was great, we were able to park the boat and trailer with no issues up on the 3rd tier. We grilled out one night, went out the other 3 nights.
