This tranquil condo unit is surrounded by a park-like setting having a nice balcony offereing a wonderful, havily treed view of the parkway. The complex offers a newly updated pool plus sauna and workout center.
The unit is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. There is high-def TV, DVDs, iPod and a martini shaker. Also included is free high-speed wireless internet so bring your laptop or use the Windows Vista PC that is provided. We encourage you to enjoy the luxurious accoutrements, you deserve it.
There is ample, free off-street parking in the complex unlike some downtown locations. The area is along the Cherry Creek parkway and offers both a nice trail and also a city park, purrfect for you furry travel companions.
The Neighborhood:
Cherry Creek Drive South is a park like setting along the Cherry Creek parkway near Colorado Blvd. A bike path and the creek are across the street from the unit. A city park is on the other side with mature trees everywhere. This is a very green, yet urban location. Easy access to I25 by Colorado Blvd, downtown by Speer. Tons of shopping and entertainment near by in every direction.
How it Works:
If you would like to reserve days, simply email your personal information including your name, address and phone number. Then call with your credit card number and expiration date. I will charge the first $100 prepayment which is 100% refundable up to 7 days of your stay. I charge the balance when you arrive. The unit has keyless entry so I will provide you with a number to use as the combination to gain access. No keys to worry about.
Fees:
The rate structure is flat with no hidden charges or fees. If the unit is left reasonably clean, there is no cleaning fee.
Vacation trades are welcomed from other cities and countries, please inquire by email if you have a vacation property to trade days.

Thanks for making our extended stay so comfortable, Larry! It is rare to find a nice place to stay with a very conscientious owner that works hard to make everything just right for you in a prompt manner. We loved how quiet the condo was. We never heard our neighbors talking. The location is ideal as well. The kitchen is so open with plenty of counter space. We will definitely recommend this VR to our friends and relatives. Thank you Larry for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful condo in Glendale/Denver! Everything was perfect for our visit with our recently relocated daughter! The flowers and wine that greeted us were a nice touch!! We enjoyed both! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with the essentials and the living room was a great place to relax after a day in the mountains. We especialy enjoyed sitting by the pool while doing some laundry! Thanks again for making our first visit to Denver a comfortable and relaxing one! Hope to stay at your place again in the future and will be recommending it to family members who are planning their own trips to Denver!

Larry has taken a relatively simple condo and reburbished it into a very comfortable, stylish, vacation rental. It works! The single futon in the living room was rine for our 20-something daughter, and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Nice TV, and Larry provides a music system complete with music (and some movies). Full kitchen. The location is right across from Cherry Creek, about a miles southwest of Cherry Creek Shopping Center and in/near the city-within-a-city of Glendale. It has it's own community center and magnificent rugby center. We watched our first rugby matches -- the Churchill Cup -- about a half mile from the condo. We walked the Cherry Creek trail , ending up at Four-Mile Historic Park by surprise. Took us ten minutes to get to the University of Denver and about 10-15 minutes to get right downtown. The bottle of wine, the fresh flowers, the leave-it-realatively-clean-and-there's-no-cleaning-charge policy, and the price helped make our vacation wonderful. Thanks, Larry.

We researched places to stay in Denver while we were relocating from the UK and after much looking came across Larry's cherry creek condo . We were not dissapointed , it's a fantastic place in a nice quite part of Denver yet near enough too the action should you want . Our 2 year old boy loved it too loads of parks and recreation around and a good pub just down the road ( bull and bush ) made our search pain free to be central to all amenities . Cheer's Larry for the Flowers and wine ;)

This Cherry Creek condo provided us with just the accommodations we needed for our two week stay in Denver. It has the latest electronics, great kitchen applicances and is very comfortable. Above all, I was so impressed by its being so well stocked. Everything was provided from foil to tape, toiletries to detergent, all paper products and plenty of linens. And, it even had numerous food items such as popcorn, olive oil, salad dressing and an extra bag of ice. The bottle of wine, of course, was a generous special touch. This is truly a well-located and unusually well-stocked condo which is great for 1 or 2 people. You'll like it a lot!!

Wonderful condo! Close to restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. You could not ask for a better location. The host has thought of each and every little thing. Just bring your clothes and prepare to relax! We'll visit again.

We had a great time staying in the apartment. Very clean, good location near shopping, dining and the downtown area. The kitchen had nice dishes and amenities, it was nice to have a living room with TV etc to relax. Internet access was also a great plus.
