Experience the coveted southwest shore of Burt Lake in this cozy cottage located one mile north of M-68 between Indian River and Alanson. You can enjoy comfortable accommodations with your boat parked out your front door! The cottage within Kings Point offers 316 ft of waterfront with lots of room for the kids to run.
Enjoy swimming in crystal clear water with a nice sandy bottom and the wide expanse of water for boating, tubing, and skiing. Cruise the 47 miles of the Inland Waterway. Navigate through Burt Lake, Indian River, Mullet Lake, and Cheboygan River to experience the Cheboygan River Locks on your way to Lake Huron.
Burt Lake is an excellent fishing lake for perch, walleye and pike. Enjoy the surrounding areas of Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob Ski Area, Mackinac City and Mackinac Island, all being within a 20-30 minute drive. Golfers have many challenging golf courses in the area from which to choose. Come up North and get away from things!
