Memorial Day Weekend available at Two bedroom/two bath on top floor (5th) with spectacular ocean view of white, sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central East coast of Florida. One hour from Disney and Orlando International Airport.
Our large porch overlooks the ocean and a tropically landscaped courtyard. Our condominium is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach...often called the Best location on the beach. The grounds are tropically landscaped and include a beautiful, oceanfront, heated pool (winter months), lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.
We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.
New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of "Florida Monthly Magazine" and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.
We are on the fifth and top floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condominium is 1250 square feet and is newly refurbished. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a great view of the ocean! The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet and plenty of drawer space. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have two televisions and two phones for your convenience and high speed wireless internet available. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!
This is a non-smoking condominium! Smoking is OK on the porch only.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are right across the street from the grocery store....for last minute items you forget. We are a ten minute walk to world famous Chase's on the Beach. We enjoy the benefits of the no drive part of the beach but are still only five minutes from the main drag.
Castle Reef, where the unit is, has a very larg pool deck with club house and nice ibg gas grill for guests to use. It is a wonderful spot for families to vacation.

With this being our very first family vacation,everything met or exceeded our expectations.We arrived at the room 2 hrs. early,there were no problems with checking in.The 5th floor room(#511)was GREAT! the view,the condition of the condo,the available supplies(even chairs,pails/shovel and wake boards for the beach!).The staff was very nice and helpful,thank you Mike for the tip about where to find a better selection of shells nearby at the Canaveral Shores National park.I loved the no drive beach for our mainstay and being so close to the drive on beach we could enjoy the best of both.We loved dancing with the ocean,looking for shells,interacting with the wildlife,playing in the sand and then rinsing off to relax in or around the swimming pool.The Food Lion and other stores and dinning were right across the road and very affordable.There was even a Catholic church(Our Lady Star of the Sea) right down the road(which was very important to us).I can't say enough good things about this all around GREAT experience.We will definitely be coming back to this hotel and area and will suggest it to our families.Thank you Linda for sharing your home away from home and letting it be our home away from home.Bravo to Castle Reef and VRBO!..... we got our full deposit back in less than 2wks after our return home!!
