The adjacent Sea Captain's House restaurant serves three meals daily and is renowned throughout the Southeast for its superb food, service and atmosphere.

This oceanfront area features a large swimming pool and hot tub, a Silly Sub children's interactive water play area and a 60-foot tube slide.

Our condo is oceanfront with the master bedroom and living area sharing a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We are on the 16th floor so you will have sweeping views, yet also be far removed from the noise of the outdoor pool area. Enjoy the exercise room, game room, meeting rooms, gift shop, Starbucks and frozen yoghurt shop across the street. Plus, you are conveniently located close to great shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, water parks...all of the family entertainment that Myrtle Beach is famous for. For the golfers, there are over 100 golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area.
Rates include taxes and cleaning fees. Linen rentals are an additional charge.

This was a beautiful, clean and comfortable condo on the 16th floor @ Cayman Towers. Well equipped with all kind of necessary kitchen items and its gadgets; toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. They even had supplied snack bags, dish soap, saran wrap, foil, salt/pepper, cutting board etc. The only downfall was the fridge- freezer ice maker not making ice. Other included items for their guest to use where: 2 beach chairs, beach toys, kickboards, pack-n-play, small baby stroller, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. The views from Master Bedroom are Incredible. I kept the curtains open during night and when I woke up there was the incredible beach/ocean view. I honestly wish I owned this condo myself. Some of the furniture had shown minor wear and tear/scuffing- did not bother me but the couch in living room was very comfortable to sit on. They do have cable service on all of their TV's plus they had supplied various family board games. The condo is located at the quiet dead end of enclosed glass hallway and there was no foot traffic at all. The check-in-out process was very easy and all you have to do after check-in is park at the Caribbean garage, get your parking permit and pool wrist bands- all done at the front desk of resort itself and you are officially on vacation. You do get an actual key instead of the typical room card. We also have used their linen service as well. For a $20 linen surcharge per bed you will receive a bed linen set, bath towels- lg, med, hand towels, washcloths and 4 kitchen towels. The linens where basically left on your bed packaged so you had to make your own bed. Much easier then hauling your own from home. Excellent stay and I look forward to returning here in near future. About the owner: We live in NJ but every summer we spend two weeks in Myrtle Beach. My husband grew up in West Virgina and spent 6 weeks every summer vacationing in Myrtle Beach with his parents, who were teachers. We are keeping up the tradition. It is a great vacation spot, afforable with lots of activities for young children and teenagers. Plus, with over 100 golf courses it appeals to the many golfers in our family. We usually vacation with extended family members and that is why we purchased a condo so that we could all be together and have a nice place to spend a few weeks at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Caribbean Resort & Villas:
We chose to buy property in Myrtle Beach because we love it so much. Theis condo is onvenient to Broadway at the Beach which has many shops, theme restaurants and rides for the kids as well as a movie theater for rainy days. We like to golf so it is nice to be able to use the condo in the golf season as well. We get many families who rent our condos in the summer and golf groups rent from us during golf season. We also offer monthly rentals in the winter months. This has been a great investment property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
At the Caribbean Resort and Villas you will find a fabulous water/play area. There are 4 pools, two lazy rivers, and two children's water play areas, one has a 60-ft. water slide. The building is right on the beach so those who like the pool stay there and the beach lovers only have to walk out a short boardwalk and are on the beautiful beach, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards. The condo is beautifully decorated and quite spacious. So after a day in the sun it is nice retreat. You can sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sip evening cocktails before heading out to dinner. The Sea Captain's Restaurant, an institution in Myrtle Beach, is right next door so you can walk to dinner. This makes for a very relaxing vacation.
