Gated, riverfront and BRAND NEW starting June 8, 2007. This townhome has a deep-water dock for use of guests with boats. It also has a walk/bike path with fountains surrounding the island. It is about a two minute drive to the beach but the key to this property is the deep-water location. It is a fisherman and his family's paradise! There are three large boating docks, lighted and with fish cleaning stations and there are three crabbing docks on the property.

The townhome sits across the river from Crosby's seafood where the large shrimp boats dock...so if you don't catch your dinner, they will sell it to you! Coastal Expeditions is also right by crosby's for kayaking enthusiast. There is a county park with a fancy water park, rock wall and rock climbing just five minutes away and on James Island and there is pirate's cove, a kids playground on Folly just two minutes away.

Folly is eclectic with unique restaurants, laid back town and it is all just 10 minutes to the historic district of Charleston...this is the closest beach to downtown charleston. Again, this condo is not oceanfront, it is riverfront on Folly.
