If we come back to the Corpus Christi area again...we will be renting this condo. The pictures are exactly how we found the condo upon arrival. It was very cozy. The whole complex was fairly quiet and pretty clean. I couldn't of asked for more. Thank you!!!

Everything about this rental was awesome! The owner was helpful and returned my emails promptly. The condo was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved having their own tv. The condo is in the perfect location, too. I would highly recommend this property to others. We would stay here again. Thank you for maintaining the highest of standards!

I would recommend this condo to anyone. It is really amazing. Perfect location to everything, but not a lot of traffic, or people! The condo is very clean, like new, had no problems at all with anything. You can walk across the street to the beach or drive 1/2 a mile to enter in your car to the beach. Restaurants and stores are close by, just the perfect place!! Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!! I will be back!

We were very pleased with the condo and it's amenities. It was very clean and "new-looking". The Condominium buildings and area are also very well kept. The pool was especially nice. The beach very close and walking distance just across a parking lot. Sand at the beach is very fine and water is clear and warm. Loved having wireless internet and cable TV in each room. And the safety of the condo being on the 2nd floor with it's own private entrance was a big plus.

Our family took its first "Family Vacation" together and chose this listing based on size and amenities. We were so pleased with everything about our stay. The facility was excellent.....just add family, fun and food and you will be well on your way to a great vacation. The beach pocket park is directly across the street and it has clean up facilities......the jetties are great for sea turtle watching at feeding time. We will definitely return and utilize this condo.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, had a wonderful stay at this property! We found the condo to be exactly as the photos depicted it. It was clean and well furnished. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony provided us with a view of the ocean as well as a view of the lovely landscaping below in the courtyard. When the sand at the beach became more than we wanted, the pool was a great retreat. We found it to be very easy to drive into Corpus for sightseeing or to just walk across the street to the public beach area. During our vacation planning, the owner was easily contacted and answered all questions I had. This property was perfect for our needs, and I would recommend it to any family wanting to stay near the beach.

This has to be the best condo I have stayed at in a long time. Our trip was only for 3 days but I will book this condo again for a longer stay. The end unit is nice with a view of the beach and short trip across the street to the beach where very nice and clean public restrooms are accessible for the little ones that need to get to the potty fast! Our friends staying in the hotel down the street spent all their awake hours at our condo. It was so spacious it was able to accomadate 2 family with 5 kids running around. The pool with large cabana was very nice. There are 3 grills with utensils right there. Really something you don't expect to see for a rental property. The kitchen was so fully stocked with pots & pans and you name it that we had trouble fitting the food we brought. We really enjoyed our stay and will book our stay here again when visiting the Corpus area.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights in this condo and were very pleased with how great it was. The location was just perfect! We could see the ocean from our balcony and the beach was just a short walk across the street. The unit was VERY clean and comfortable with all the conveniences of home. Our group consisted of my husband and I, my mother, and our two children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The photos definitely don't do it justice! The shared cabana was great and had 3 grills (1 charcoal and 2 gas) so grilling burgers and eating by the pool was a lot of fun. All the neighbors were super friendly, even the permanent residences. The property was constantly being cleaned by the maintenance crew and they do a fabulous job. The owner was very easy to work with, always so quick to respond, and extremly helpful! We truly enjoyed our trip and would love to stay in this condo again soon.

We went to stay at this condo as a short family vacation. We were there 3 nights and it was wonderful! The location is perfect! It is an end unit so we weren't bothered by people walking by in front of the condo and the view was fantastic from the porch and the master bedroom! I went with my mom, two kids, and my nephew, and this was a perfect location. Across the street is a parking lot where there are public restrooms and outside showers right in front of the beach. We were able to get the sand off everything before the very short walk back across the street and there is another outdoor shower as you enter the condo area to rinse off again if needed. The shared pool was great. It was never crowded as the actual condo complex consists of not very many units. The condo itself was very clean and we were provided with all the linens and dishes we needed. As I said before, there were 2 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room and could've comfortably fit a few more people! Having the washer and dryer in the condo was perfect for washing all our beach towels and swimsuits after the day was done. We are definitely looking forward to doing this again in the future and would love to stay at the same place!
