Large, fully-equipped kitchen has over-sized bar w/5 stools + dinning table for 6. 4 TV's inside & 1 under the house in area w/table for 6 & gas grill. Stackable washer & dryer in closet by kitchen. If you prefer a little faster way around you can rent a golf cart by calling (Ocean Lakes Golf Cars). No worry here, Ocean lakes has 24 hour patrolled security throughout the resort and a guarded gate.
This is a one and a half story raised house. There is plenty of room on the ground level for four vehicles and golf cart if desired. There is also a private shower (hot/cold water) to rinse off after your long beach days. You can enter the house by stairs or by the gradual incline wrap-around ramp. This feature is in demand by many arthritic and chronic pain sufferers. Parents with small children and strollers will also appreciate this feature. (NOTE: Wheel Chairs will easily go up the gradual incline ramp however there is some limitations in the house. Please inquire about limitations before booking your stay.) There is a very nice large rocking chair porch with ceiling fan. The very moment you open the front door you will be very pleased with the layout and attention to detail we have put into our home.
This floor is the main living area with a very open spacious living room (with 42 inch LCD TV and sleeper sofa), dining room, half bath, washer/dryer closet and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is off the kitchen in the back of the home. This room has a large closet and very nice queen bed. It has it's own large master bath with double sinks and plenty of vanity space. Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light to enjoy.
The next floor offers a large second bedroom with queen-size bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a set of two bunk beds. One has two twin beds and the other is one twin on top with a full futon style bed below. These bedrooms each have a private entrance into the full size shared bath.
There are tv's in both upstairs bedrooms.
A car/day fee is collected from Ocean Lakes. No Pets Allowed,
Kid Friendly. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25. Smoking Not Allowed. Saturday to Saturday Rental.
We can comfortably accommodate 11 people.

We have a great time staying at this house. It was so well kept and decorated. Felt like home. Everything we needed was there. It was a Girl's weekend for my 57th birthday. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room and enjoy our stay so much. Thank you - Fabulous place. Hope to go again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing.

The house was amazing!!! Everything you need is right there! Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing, clean, and inviting. We would definitely stay here again!!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Great house! Wonderfully furnished and truly accommodating. We stayed here for part of a week and had a great experience. My mother and father, sister and nephew, wife and two kids had lots of room. The kitchen was great. The house was all that was advertised and more. It was very clean and very modern. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a great house and a great vacation spot. The owners take great pride in this house which had everything we needed. The campground has so much to offer for family vacations. We loved this place! The house was spacious, all the rooms were comfortable and it was just perfect for our family vacation. The golf-cart crusing at the ocean was great! Our family of five (three young children) enjoyed our stay immensely! Ocean Lakes offers a variety of programs - very family oriented. Access to the beach was great. We had a wonderful time. Our family had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is gorgeous, made you think you were living like the rich and the famous. The house and the area is very accomodating to your every need.
