About this property

Former home winemaker of the 18th being in a nice little wine village while circulade opposite the Chateau 13th century between Béziers and Sète, 10 minutes from Pezenas. A half hour of Cap d'Agde, Lake Salagou or foot of the Cevennes, will toggle between land and sea.
The ideal 200m2 house with family and friends up to 9 people including 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180, 1 bed of 160 and 3 beds of 90), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bathroom bathroom with corner bath, 2 toilets, a large kitchen of 45 m2 equipped (appliances, dishes, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezeur, washing machine ...) and a beautiful living room of 60 m2 with fireplace and pool table 7 foot. You can also take advantage of a superb view of the Castle from the terrace.
Linen and towels provided - beds made on arrival.
Pets accepted under certain conditions
Rental weekend or week only.
Price for a weekend: 500 euros.
Price for one week: 900 euros (up to 9 people).

Agréable séjour

Le logement est très agréable et un bon volume. Pour ce mois de septembre, cela était idéal car beau temps, nous avons pu aller à la plage à Vias, visite de Pézenas, lac du Salagou..etc.. Nous avons été très bien accueilli Au niveau vaisselle et accessoires nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et un bébé... très bien !!

Médiocre

Il était une fois une maison dans le village de Margon qui sur photo était vraiment bien mais sur photo uniquement! Arrivant sur place personne pour nous accueillir nous devont faire une chasse au trésor pour trouver la clé, une fois celle-ci trouvée nous ouvrons la porte et découvrons une cuisine avec un escalier dans le fond et une porte sur la droite qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise de découvrir que la maison est sur plusieurs niveaux! 2 chambres au premier étage avec le salon et 2 chambres au rez de chaussée avec la cuisine. Continuons la découverte de cette maison particulière. Terrasse se trouvant au 2ème étage et étroit ( pratique pour faire barbecue ou même détente???) Terrasse ne servant à rien pour ma part. Après les efforts prenons une douche au rez de chaussée douche italienne très bien et ben non, galet qui parte douche bouchée se retrouvant avec de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain! Les toilettes (2) ne se remplisse pas vite du coup pas moyen d'y aller un a la suite de l'autre pratique pour un gîte 9 personnes 🤔. Heureusement la douche du 1er fonctionne ( pas utiliser la baignoire). Après tout ces efforts peu de détente et connection au wifi après une nouvelle chasse au trésor un très long moment je découvre qu'en faite le code n'est pas celui de la box mais bien d'un cpl caché sur un multiprise non branché. Connexion faite ouf tout va bien parce que cest le seul moyen de communication dans le gîte pas de réseau téléphonique. Le billard top quand même.
