This townhouse, Walton Dunes #9, is located along the Emerald Coast just off Highway 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach and a couple miles east of the Seaside resort. The location is off the beaten track away from the maddening crowd down at the end of Beachfront Trail on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. We are next to the Florida State "Deer Park" and away from any high-rise condos so that our beach is virtually private, quiet, family friendly and beautiful. The beach is white sand and the waters are clear emerald green to blue.
You will be delighted with the magnificent views of the Gulf from the living/dining area and the master bedroom suite when you stay in this gulf front townhouse. You will be as close to the beach as possible, and the relaxing sound of the surf will put you to sleep at night. Newly redecorated and renovated to provide an open and spacious great room and attractively decorated with original art, you will be delighted with your accommodations.
The quiet residential area will assure you of a tranquil stay and lots of unoccupied beaches to enjoy. There is covered parking for two cars downstairs, the living/dining/kitchen area is located on the second floor and the two bedrooms are located on the third floor. The two decks/porches overlook the Gulf and are great places for dining and relaxing.
The unit is Non-Smoking. Reasonable sized and well behaved pets are allowed by special permission, and there is a $200 per week pet fee.
You can fish right out on your beach in the surf for Pampano and Red Fish, to mention a few. Or you can swim, snorkel, raft, kayak or sail as well. The beach is accessed by a private walkway and is only about 30 yards away! A couple of bikes are also available for your use. The area has golf, shopping and good restaurants, and Destin or Panama City are only about 25 miles away in opposite directions for even more.
