Located in Montagnac, a tranquil village in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, Le Mas Des Fontaines is France at its finest. Nestled between vineyards and rolling hills of Mediterranean flora, this region offers a variety of recreational and cultural activities suited for all ages.

Montagnac is located 5 kilometres from Pezenas and ten minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, with the Cevennes mountains in view. The property is located 100 metres from the town center, complete with a medieval church, and steps from the vineyards and olive groves in what was once a winery.

These attractive apartments over look a shaded garden and a private patio. The beautiful yard and patio comes complete with garden furniture, barbecue, and of course flowers and trees. The apartments have large living rooms, kitchens and each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The kitchens are fully equipped for up to 12 people with a full range of utensils. Including electric stove, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave... All appliances are new.

The living/dining rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. The canapé folds down into a comfortable bed where you can watch a spot of television after a day in the Mediterranean sun or garden shade.

Guests may store vehicles and equipment, such as bicycles or windsurfers, in the garage.

Guests have access to the laundry room, in which they will find washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum and cleaning materials.

"Nova Raï"
Two bedrooms (upstairs and down) have queen size (140) beds while the third contains two matching single beds (90) which can be moved together. Each contains a night table, reading lamp, closet and chest of drawers. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well lit, with a view of the gardens. Each bedroom has a washroom with shower, marble sink and spot lit mirror. The main floor bedroom has an attached, specially adapted washroom for guests with reduced mobility. There is a separate washroom also available on each floor.

"La Romaine"
There are two bedrooms upstairs, one contains two matching single beds (90) which can be moved together and one contains queen size (140). Each contains night table, reading lamp, closet and chest of drawers. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well lit, with a view of the gardens.

"Les Fontaines"
One bedroom upstairs contains two matching single beds (90) which can be moved together. The bedroom contains night table, reading lamp, washroom with shower, marble sink and spot lit mirror. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well lit, with a view of the gardens.
