Master has king bed with walk-in closet, double cultured marble vanity, tub and separate shower. Mini-master in separate wing also has king bed and shares bath with 2 more bedrooms. Third bedroom has queen bed and fourth bedroom has 2 twins for the kids. All 4 bdrms have ceiling fans, TV, DVD. The 3 "adult" bdrms have full lenth mirrors.
Great Room (open to dining and kitchen)has 37 inch LCD HDTV with DVD, Vaulted ceiling with plant shelves. Dining Room has large travertine table, 6 chairs, adjacent to kitchen with 3 bar stools. Back door opens directly to pool deck and has alarm to protect children.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, DW, disposer, side-by-side fridge, with ice and water in door, Kitchen Aid Blender, separate utility room with full size W/D, 2 car garage, new Gas Grill, sm cooler with shoulder strap to take to beach, large cooler for grocery shopping, beach chairs/toys.

Year Purchased: 2007
Mike lived in Pensacola as a child and I grew up vacationing in Panama City with my family so we both always loved the Panhandle's gorgeous white sand beaches. We continued to vacation in Panama City with our children until Destin began to be developed. We then fell in love with the Destin area and began the search for our winter home. We looked for several years before finding the perfect condo at Pavilion Palms which was our winter home before we purchased this house. We wanted something larger to accommodate our growing family now that we have a grandson. We thought we'd miss the condo's ocean view but we find we prefer the privacy of a single family home and having the private pool.
Why the Owner Chose Paradise Retreat
We love the Destin area with all its great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The beaches are among the most beautiful in the world and the deep sea fishing is the absolute best. We love being able to get fresh shrimp and seafood any time we want it.

We call Destin our "happy place" where we can totally relax, enjoy fresh seafood and take long leisurely walks on the beach every morning. We love watching the sun rise on the beach and having it pretty much to ourselves in the early morning. We hope you will love Destin just as much as we do!
