We bought our home in Bullhead City because it's close to everything and "camping out" is much easier with a kitchen, a shower and a soft bed. You can walk down to the dock and dangled your feet in the clear water, feed the ducks or just watch the river go by. And if you have a boat or jet ski, you can take off for a day of fun.
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family House
The river is clean and a perfect place to play in the water. There are sandy little beaches all along the river where you can pull up and spend an hour or the whole day. We're also located in the middle of town, close to golf, shopping, restuarants, casinos and just 20 minutes south of Lake Mohave. It's a fun vacation place with all the conveniences of home!

My husband and I grew up in the same town in Southern California. We love the sun and water, so it's no surprise that we've spent 30+ years camping and boating on all the lakes along the Colorado River. Our children and grandchildren have all grown up spending summer vacations on some part of the river. They know summer wouldn't be complete without a trip to the river house!
