Master bedroom has king bed, private bathroom with garden tub and double vanity, HUGE bay window with stunning ocean and beach view, walk-in closet, flat screen tv, dvd/cd player and separate balcony door. Secondary bedroom has queen bed, roomy closet, flat screen tv and dvd/cd player. Additional bathroom is located off small hallway adjacent to 2nd bedroom. There is also an alcove with a set of bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is perfect for dining in. Large balcony with gorgeous ocean view is the perfect place to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or to watch the beautiful sunsets of the gulf coast!
We require a $300 security deposit that is refundable as long as there is no damage to the unit. The deposit is forfeited if there is damage.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this condo! The decorating was lovely, the beach in this area is less crowded than other places in Panama City beach and the owner gave us good, friendly service. The condo was very clean and extra touches were included that made it feel like home. It is a tiny bit confusing to get from the parking garage to the floors where the condo's are, but once you figure it out, it's no problem. Overall I would really recommend this condo:) !!!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Condo is well maintained with great use of space and decor. The end unit on the fourth floor provides easy access to and from the beach with great views of the ocean. Very much enjoyed our spring stay! If you haven't been to Panama City in a while you won't recognize it. The whole area has been giving an upgrade and this area and condo in particular.
