This 13 unit development includes a huge well maintained swimming pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and bistro tables all on EP Henry pavers. Separate ~BBQ~ areas close to the pool.
This unit is the largest unit in the development with a 16'-9" x 15'-3" common area and a top of the line eat in kitchen. This is a second floor end unit with a spacious balcony. Maximum persons allowed is 8.
Living area features a 40" LCD TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. Living room has two queen size pull out sofas. All pillows, blankets, and comforters are included. Central air throughout and heating for winter months. Includes one parking space on the premises.
The beach, Morey's Pier, Oasis water park, and boardwalk are 2 1/2 blocks away. Fireworks every Friday night on the beach at 10:30 PM. No need to drive!

This was a very nice condo and very clean. Not too far from the boardwalk and one of the ride piers. The swimming pool was great! All the owners & renters of the condos at Heritage are friendly. We had a nice stay and would recommend staying at the Heritage.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
