RECENT GUEST LETTER: Dear Lisa and Bill, We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Angel's Rest. Your cabin is so lovely and the views absolutely breathtaking. My favorite thing to do each morning was to sit on the deck with my cup of coffee taking in the splendor of God's creation around me. We also enjoyed listening for the howl of coyotes at night. We were fortunate enough to see many deer and three bears in the National Park and saw some very cute little rabbits on the road to your cabin. The cabin itself is beautifully appointed and well kept. Everything was so clean and neat. The convenience of three bathrooms was great, especially with two 15-year old girls in the house!!! In summation, your cabin was simply PERFECT!!! Thank you so much for making your lovely place available to us. We could not have imagined staying anywhere better. We hope to return soon.

Why the Owner Chose Wears Valley
During our day trips to the Smokies, we always enjoyed the drive through Wears Valley, TN. That started a multi-year search for just the right cabin with just the right views. As soon we walked onto the deck at Angels Rest, we knew we found something very special. We rented the property through a rental company for a few months, but then decided to manage it ourselves and have never looked back.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
The first things our guests comment on is the spectacular, unobstructed panoramic view. Wears Valley looks like a model train village spread out below you. The second thing guests comment on is the professional interior decor.

Lisa manages the cabin rental bookings along with managing the house and teaching at a local home school cooperative. Bill is a manager in the nuclear power business. We purchased this cabin as a vacation property after moving to Maryland from TN. But in 2007, we were able to return to TN and enjoy being able to make quick trips to this fantastic property.
